The staff still needs a lot of training.

They were trained to disturb clients for housekeeping when the sign don't disturb is not hung on the door. IN most hotels I know, they would rather wait to do housekeeping, when there is no sign on the door, than assume that you want housekeeping just because you did not put the don't disturb sign on the door! The result is that on a day that you can finally sleep longer, they ring your bell at 9:30 am and wants to know if you want housekeeping! I was also disturbed at 11:30 by a housekeeping staff which I did not call.

i celebrated my b-day here, and was really surprised how fun and enjoyable our stay was with my dearest partner b'coz of a very accesible shopping malls..however there is no bathrobes and slippers available to use..(i got my nail cracked). Pls make provision for a more bigger dinning space for buffet breakfast too..just a suggestion.
