Good reception area. Although the room is a bit smaller, it is well maintained and clean. Nice comfy bed and large size bathroom. They provide internet router in the room, superfast connection. Good buffet breakfast. This hotel is located accross SM Megamall and conveniently located in other major mall. Staff were friendly and attentive.

It's great vacation to stayed here. The hotel in front of SM Megamall. You can find a lots of restaurant and great mall to shop. The room was big and comfortable. Great value of money. Highly recommended to everyone .

I enjoyed my one week stay at BSA Twin Towers. Security is good and the spa experience was wonderful and affordable. House keeping was quick to respond to my needs and excellent facilities for cooking. There are many TV channels to choose from.

I stayed three nights, and it was not too bad. The major annoyance is the window type airconditioner, which was quite noisy. Second annoyance was the temperature control of the shower, which was not good; water was either too cold or too hot. But the decor and lighting of the room was modern and clean, and the provision of a kitchenette is a plus in case I wanted to cook.
