Our experience at BSA although passing the standards of a 3-star Hotel,still lacked the gleam of luxury.Little things like:key cards in a manila envelope given by a gum chewing receptionist,unavailability of indoor parking for hotel guests waiting 2 hours outside the car park entrance,broken telephone (although replaced)and average breakfast.Upsides are: Great playroom, location for food and shopping. Great structure and location but a lot of room for improvement in service and presentation.

We stayed during holy week and it seemed like the staff might have been people who don't normally work at the hotel (like the real staff was on holiday). Staff was not able to answer any questions or provide maps, and the lobby was a bit worn out and slightly dirty. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the breakfast was good, and the pool has a great view. It is far from tourist sites, but is a good value if you have business nearby or want to do shopping at the Megamall across the street.

My stay here at BSA togethere with my family is good.Because our rooms have kitchenette .I use this for serving my hubby a good meal.I shop just across the hotel and cook in the room :)We Love the free breakfast buffet too :)

Its very relxing and fun for the kids
First of all is the laggon pool there our kids enjoyed a lot, the fast internet wifi, almost complete kitchen utensils

Great Location

It was alright. Some staff are very friendly & helpful. The things we didn't like are when you want to go somewhere else the taxi at the front of the hotel charge more. We had lost 3 phones in 3 weeks outside hotel & when you asked them to check the CCTV camera they didn't update us anything. Breakfast was ok it was repeated sometimes... Once we've also found a cockroach in the room & there was a leak in the toilet..laundry & phone bills are a little bit expensive. The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location just across SM Megamall shopping centre!
