The facility / room is getting old and the internet speed is very slow in the room, even can't load the page sometimes.

Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel.
Great swimming pool facility with both a lap pool and relaxation pool.
5.3
I was hooked by the nice decor on the picture and booked a superior room. I found out when I checked in that this was a standard room and this room did not match that on the picture. Reality was a 35+ year old room with stains on the carpet and smell of smoke and the 80'ies. Terrible! And it was not clean. I simply refused to stay there and insisted on staying in a renovated and not least a clean room (that matched the picture). However, a renovated room would cost me another 1500p/night as this was in the deluxe-category. After struggling with the staff, I finally got my way and got the deluxe room. Nice updated room with new all modern amenities. I finally found the price to be reasonable.
The lobby and reception is tired and old looking as well and is in need of an update.
At Century park I got a feeling that they will do anything to squeeze money out of you. The food and drinks are totally overpriced. A soft drink is 170 pesos + service fee (10%). 5-star prices at a hotel where the stars have faded to a maximum of 3 stars on a good day. You get much better value for money elsewhere.
Bell boys were nice and friendly though. Points to them.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go for the renovated deluxe room unless you want to be ported back to the 80'ies and pay for a tired old room.

Convenient hotel
good location, 24-hr. room service

Century Park, altho older, offers ample free parking, close to restaurants, an old mall is within walking distance. The housekeeping, front office, and laundry services were prompt and efficient.
Staff at the cafe in the park (buffet lunch area) are efficient and responsive.

Awesome Hotel for the Price
The enterance and lobby are amazing really feels like you are walking into a top 5 star hotel, when we were upgraded to the superior room (one up from the bottom) the room was also amazing.

It is a very regal hotel and on our first visit we saw the president and his entourage come into the hotel for a meeting.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wensha spa - see above
Robinsons mall - better than mall of asia for cheaper clothes etc
Hobbit house - Pub run by happy little people

this is considered a five star hotel.however, rooms and amenities are a bit old and needs renovation.if im going to rate this, i should say that this quadlifies only as a 3.5 star to 4 star hotel and definitely not a 5 star luxury hotel.they have nice swimming pool with jacuzzi.

Great location but quite old, though neat.
proximity to "local" living and a decent mall just a few steps out of the hotel and great eating places outside

Hotel is good proximity to the wonderful Mall of Asia and international airport as well as eating and entertainment of all types within walking distance. The rooms are old but neat, and the hotel staff are indeed friendly. Beware the price of local beer in the hotel pub - you dare not have more than a few pints as your pocket will be empty before you even start ticking.
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Asia where everything you want is on show.

Slightly overrated hotel
Linked to a mall, swimming pool, grand lower lobby
5.3
I booked a Superior Room and requested for a high floor with swimming pool view, which I got. The room (on the 7th floor) was relatively decent, though old.
My main problem was it did not have Wi-Fi. I requested to be transfered somewhere with Wi-Fi but found the new room (now on the 11th floor) smaller and older. In a way I was downgraded.
I particularly booked Century Park because of the offer I saw on Agoda: discounted price, superior room, free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. At the end of my stay I didn't get the superior room I wanted (because of the absence of Wi-Fi in the first room they gave us) and the complimentary breakfast which was promised to me
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Cultural Centre of the Philippines (CCP) is nearby, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you wish to go on a day trip to historic Bataan, you may book in advance at Suncruises office, located in CCP.
