We booked our guest for his stay at Century Park Hotel through Agoda. We appreciate the fact that the staff of Century Park Hotel was very accommodating in our request to make our guest feel welcomed and comfortable during his stay. One simple phone call to the front desk made the difference as we made sure that our guest would have what was needed. Specific instructions were heeded and that was simply great! Thank you so much Century Park Hotel, and thank you too, Agoda!

Century Park Hotel,
Clean, spacious and comfortable room

The carpet on the aisle leading to the room from the elevator needs to be replaced - it's really old fashion with dirty (or looks dirty) patches. The balcony of the room (though cannot be accessed as the sliding door was locked) also very dirty - probably has not been cleaned for months (if not years). The bed linen and pillow case have very strong 'bleach' odor - possibly the laundry wasn't done properly (not properly rinsed) or that too much bleach was used in the cleaning. Otherwise, the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good though it cost me a whooping PHP890 - I could have pay this same amount for a real good dinner!!
Shopping Tip:
Philippines largest shopping mall (Mall of ASIA) is just 15 minutes by cab - plenty to shop about. The mall also has some good restaurants.

Old old rooms!
Location... that's pretty much it.

we booked a superior room through agoda and to be honest, for that price, we certainly could have gotten a better room in a different hotel. the room we got was on the 5th floor, which i think is the old, beaten up part of the hotel - the room looked really dated, the carpet and furniture looked dirty, and the bathroom was depressing. i stayed in this same hotel september last year for 4 nights, also in a superior room but on a higher floor, and it was way better. i didn't know they had different kinds of "superior" rooms depending on the floor. i felt really ripped off with the room we got because it was priced the same as the superior rooms on the higher floors. the least they could have done, if they don't want to renovate the lower floors, is to lower the price of the rooms there because it is definitely not classification as the rooms on the higher floors.
Hotel Feature Tip:
do not accept rooms on the lower floors, may be 8th floor and up would be safe.

Century Park Hotel

I stayed overnight at CPH, I have to warn that before you book at Agoda that you are confirmed to have the new renovated rooms, otherwise the standard old rooms will warp you back in the 70's. Reception staff however were very accomodating to transfer me to the newly renovated rooms, with a reasonable charge.
But I have to warn that staff at their breakfast buffet (Cafe at the Park) were lousy! Poor customer service! They just feed you and neglect!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Very accessible to the airport, perfect for someone with a next day departure.

easy to parking for my hoat in the philippines. they do not refill the food in the buffet breakfast when we started at around 9:30am, even the fruit juice was not refill also. I like to eat sushi during breakfast when I stay in a hotel, sadly they do not serve sushi that day. I am a bit disappointed.

location is good, near harrizon plaza and sm shoemart
the price for the room is expensive for that kind of room
there lots of eateries and fastfoods within the civicity
room is old, linen is so so - and musty smell in the room
they say they have anew wing - but its a bit expensive
staff at the reception are satisfactory, but not that great
overall our stay is not very satifactory - if u ask me if will come again, may be but if the price is much lower (not at the same price i paid for this september booking)
