Very good helpful staff
clean room, helpful and cheerful staff, good location

Good stay for a good price. I requested a studio so it's a small room but it's clean. I just wish they update their pillowcases and towels..they look dated.
And yes..good food too.

The hotel is located approx 30mins from the airport, located central to business and entertainment area of Makati. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Wireless WiFi is available in room charge payable. Rooms are adequate in size and provision but generally in need of redecoration but for price acceptable.

Just Nice
Located in an ideal location

It's just nice. Do not buy the internet here though, waste of money. They sell it to you but it does not work anywhere other than the lobby. It is a serviced apartment with basic facilities. Its clean but run down. If you are not fussy, then this place is all right.

Great Hotel if low expectations
Good Location if your are single

The hotel was great for the price, probably the best price there at that location, I got a great buy for a 1 bedroom suite from Agoda, I can tell you its nothing like a hotel you would see in America, cabinets are old, kitchen old, and two aircon units in the window, one in the living room one in the bedroom. It came with a couch, TV, dining table, Kitchen, but only thing there was a refrigerator(empty) and a few plates and forks. The bed was lumpy and you could feel the springs, But ya know i liked the place, it felt homey...But i am a retired army guy so i am used to very little. I would say this area would be a bad place if you was looking for business only, But if your single this place rocks, even though they are very strict about people entering the building and take ID cards of anyone that enters.and call when they leave to make sure you are ok with it. I liked the hotel all and all, and i will go back with them again. I read earlier about no hot water, they have fixed this, they have the german portable shower things that the water travels thru and heats up before it comes out the shower head. Hot as long as you want it. The room service is great, and best part about this, Cheers is right outside the hotel, breakfast and dinner and good people there i understand it used to be called the Vila
Nightlife Tip:
Stick to Cheers, you will be happy there, meet the waitresses, they are the sweetest girls, please dont ask them for sex, its offensive to them, they are good girls there. One is married, one has Boyfriend.

The room is small and the quality of bed was poor. There were also some roaches in the bathroom.
Nightlife Tip:
At the heart of red district.
