Great location with large rooms for a low price.
The rooms were large and comfortable with nice hot water in the shower.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a place for us to relax for a fun evening. The location was great. In the morning we had breakfast at Mr. Donuts around the corner, and then took a short ride to the MTR for a day of traveling. The staff was very helpful in finding our way around since we weren't so familiar with the area. And the price was very reasonable!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is just a short taxi ride from the Mall of Asia - the Philippines largest mall. You can find, eat, and do just about anything you want there.

the rooms are all like a flat with three to four rooms - bedroom, kitchen, tv room, bathroom. the building is very old and not nice to look at and you may encounter certain problems.
Nightlife Tip:
leave Makati and go to Malate.....so much better!!!

stayed here for a night while waiting for a connecting flight out of manila. arrived late at about 10 pm and the hotel had no problem accepting the agoda voucher. my room was upgraded to a larger room since my ordered room is fully booked. the staff is courteous and helpful during check-in and check-out. the room is relatively clean and comfortable. like the location of the hotel which is close to 3 halal restaurants in the vicinity. will like to stay here again. value for your money.
Restaurant Tip:
Al Batra restaurant is just abt 100 mtr from the hotel serving Indian cruisine. They served large portion of food for every order and enough for 2 person and the food is delicious and aunthentically Indian.

This hotel has a great location if you need to stay in Makati area. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Also immigration office plus several embassies are in a walking distance.
Restaurant Tip:
Quite near is a very good Chinese restaurant.

no cheaper to book online or show up same price
you have to pay for internet can get pricey
watch out for taxis trying to over charge you always ask for a meter taxis

the room was dirty.the bedsheets and towels doesn't look clean..the floor was so dirty.we have to call their attention.. there was coachroach running around the room on our ist day..
