Good location, cheap price Guest Rating: 3.5

The price is great for the location. I have stayed there a couple of times. The first time on floor 15 during the week. I only heard a rooster crow a couple of times (where in the Philippines can you go without hearing a rooster?). The second time I stayed on the 8th floor on a Sat. night. We could hear honking and traffic all night. It was quite loud, and I couldn't close the windows that were left open. I could close my bedroom door, but the bathroom window and kitchen window seemed stuck open. Nonetheless, I would stay here again because you can't beat the price for the location and cleanliness. Bring earplugs:)

Room's were clean and spacious(at least the one bedroom).

Elevator is slow. You can hear the outside traffic and honking.

I loved the view that i got from the balcony that overlooked makati city, this was the highlight of my stay.

I didnt like the staff in the citadel inn, i felt that they were at most times very miserable people, it doesnt take much to present a smile.

Citadel Inn Makati Hotel is very warm hotel because when I was in my hotel with my friend hotel staff always supported me. My Citadel Inn Makati Hotel life is very good. The hotel is near Burgos street. This street has many nightclubs. I thought dangerous, but by hotel staff made me relief. I want to go this hotel.

In front of desk security staff was always checking! I am always relieved.

I enjoy my stay with Citadel Inn Makati very much. I like all the staff there. They are very nice to the customers and always try their best to help and explain things. Room service is quick and efficient. I also like their studio room because with refrig and a small kitchen i can prepare or store food. It is just like a nice small home for a single person like me. I want to thank VP (Mr. Joson) to share with me his great music collection while i stayed in hotel. I am very grateful for this great experience with Citadel.

Clean and Private room in nice location. Great for single with a lot of nice places to go near by. I like their service very much and people treat you with politeness and heart warming smile. They have good security and it is safe place to stay.

The internet service charges money. The elevator sometimes do not stop even when you press the button.

• Nightlife Tip : There are a lot of bars and entertainment places which i may explore next time again. Also the 7-11 is opened 24 hours.

Nice place for the night life Guest Rating: 3.3

If you go out the hotel, please go out from your room earlier. There are 2 elevators, but this hotel has many floors, maybe 33 floors, and sometimes you have to wait for more 5 min to get the elevator. The out side of the hotel is very famous night spot in Makati. It's so conveinent and there are many bars.

The size of the rooms is like at my home.

Kitchen ware was not enough.

It is a cheap hotel for its location but the quality and the comfort of the room is minimal and the elevator is terrible because you have to wait for hours. Restautants and night life are very close just as the parking around the corner.

Cheap price, excellent location vs night life, middle of Makati, and has parking available.

Agoda should have put this in the review of the hotel. We were looking for something close to Greenbelt and this hotel came up. If you want to keep your wife don't stay at this hotel. You will be accused of cheating or being being for staying is such a dump.

Great Budget Hotel Guest Rating: 3.3

Close to every place around. The place is located in the middle of Makati where all action and fun. Burgos street is known for everyone. Close to many dance clubs, retsurants and mini stores. International Banks are less than a mile away. Out of hotel, raising your hand will stop you a taxi. Do not use hotel laundry. prices are twice as much. In the same building where is the hotel is, there is a place called" Lets Talk Dirty" you can save 70% of the price by using them.

the hotel is totally not good. the front desk personnel are not friendly, seldom greet their guests.

the only good thing in this hotel is the money value.

the building is old and dirty. it needs renovation for pleasant looking. the shower is awful, not working very well. the bed matresses are old and no longer comfortable.

This is a good stay for my trip to the Philippines, the hotel location is well centralized to all the shopping malls, especially for those who likes night life, walking distance to all those bars and pubs. Will come back again next time.
