Great location, small rooms A little noisy
located walking distance to the us embassy

Good for a stop over. Would recommend walking down the block to the Spa at the Hilton... well worth it!
Restaurant Tip:
Go to where the locals go! Try not to get sucked into the expat restaurants! you're in PI, experience the food.

very nice stay, the room was pretty new and the air conditioner worked very well. Love the marble shower, a real plus. Bed was very comfortable and porter and desk staff was exceptional,especially Dindo, really treated us with great service during our stay.

Clean rooms buy a bit old and outdated.. More than adequate. Multiple events in hotel but staff kept hotel quiet, and not too crowded..
Travel tip:
Great free breakfast buffet, be sure to wake up for it..

Hotel is closed to shop and ocean aquarium, only walking distance if you like walking.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
don't forget to the ocean park. one of the highlights in manila.

the hotel is strategically located to the purpose of our intent in staying for a week in manila. the room are clean and nice for a family vacation. staffs of the hotel are nice and accommodating. food served during breakfast is moderate. this means it is not bad or very good.

Nice inexpensive hotel

Through the years, I have stayed in many hotels in Manila. The City Garden Suites is a place I can recommend. It is not a 5-star hotel, but a nice clean and inexpensive hotel with a great location. It is close to much of the nightlife of Malate, Robinsons Mall and Roxas Blvd. It has a nice restaurant inside and for about $50/night you can have a king size bed with two breakfasts included.
Nightlife Tip:
This is a great location if you like to listen to live bands or if you want to get a drink and have LOTS of friendly women around, have a few at the Bay Cafe.
