Other than the complicated check-in procedure where I was asked for my credit card so receptionist can swipe a refundable P2,000 deposit, and which I insisted on paying in cash for quick refund, I don't recall anything of note about this hotel. At least I don't recall anything horrific either.

If you don't need a hot shower and plan on getting up early, this is the place for you. No need for an alarm clock, traffic noise will wake you up at 6 am or earlier. BUT it was perfect for us for a day. We needed cheap and in this area. For the price on Agoda, it was worth it to take a cold shower...

I had a very good stay. It is just across the shopping malls. you can find different restaurants to choose from. It is near the bars and night life. Taxi is everywhere.

Rooms are clean but service is very poor, i was given two seperate small beds instead of a standard bed, wifi is not for free and expensive, staff is not courteous after they asked for deposit and I simply and kindly asked to be reminded of it on check out, front desk went on a tirade that a i had a receit for it anyway when all she had to do was just say yes. Their restaurant does not open as scheduled but at least 30 minutes later, in other words you will miss breakfast if you have to go some place else early. Aircon is old and noisy

Basic Hotel - Great Location

This is a simple basic reasonably priced hotel only 1 block (3 Minute walk) from Greenbelt shopping mall located at Ayala Center with many options for Restaurants and Shopping for anything you need.
PS Other people have given the hotel bad reviews and said they will not hold your bags, this is not true I checked out at noon and they held my bags until 7 when I had to go to the airport with out any questions
Restaurant Tip:
Spicy Fingers(Greenbelt 2 Ground Floor) has happy hour 12:00 noon to 20:00 where many Local Expats hang out.

The reception was nice and accommodating. However the appliances need upgrading. I have to pull out the refrigerator plug to keep it quiet.
