great location.
clean and with very good service Having flown in from subzero Beijing on December 31,2009 on a late flight, it was quite a great welcome to see smiling faces in the front desk.
Check-in was a brisk. Room was clean and room service was efficient. It was also a short drive from the airport. Check-out was also worry-free.
Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Service was good and prompt. Hotel was great for the price. Hotel was great for the price I paid. It felt very comfortable and cosy and also rooms were very clean. The shower was great but how can a hotel not have fridges in it's room?
Can't say much about this hotel because I only stayed there for a night but overall a good stay and staff was very helpful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hidden valley is a must. Expensive but worth it. It's about 3hr drive from Makiti and i paid 8500php for two with a private car.

Walking distance from Glorietta/Greenbelt. 24 hour convenience store right next door. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...personalized service. Free wired internet in room, free wifi in lobby. Pricey if you don't get a deal online. Bar was closed for renovation. Entrance area could be better maintained/policed. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay...compared to larger hotels where they may not even remember your face/name. Personal service is always a plus, especially when traveling with children (both under 5)! It was great to have Glorietta and Greenbelt within walking distance...and the 24 hour convenience store right next door was definitely nice to have around. Price is quite high for the room and amenities quality...you need to book online to make it worth your while (do not book directly through the hotel). Did not eat at the hotel so I could not comment on food quality. Although it wouldn't bother me if I traveled alone, but since I was with family, the area in front of the hotel and directly beside it should be better policed; sometimes we came back and found people selling stuff, or sitting/lying down on the walkway. Would definitely stay here again, strongly recommend for single/couples shopping, but would caution sensitive families with young children because of entrance area.
