hotel location is great, walking distance to all we need (shops, restos, etc.) our jr.suite room was spacious enough for all our needs.

although breakfast was free, food needs improvement compared to other hotels we've been...waiters need more instructions how to serve guests. parking for guests should be improved.

crown regency hotel, located in the main district of makati city, is very appropriate for business people to stay because of the proximity of establishments for their needs. malls, restos, other hotels, etc. are all nearby, just a walking distance from the hotel. easy rides anywhere just right in front of the hotel too. would love to take a second stay in this hotel.

Great location, rooms on 4th floor are spacious, clean and bathrooms are nice. There's free wi-fi at the lobby. Very friendly staff.

Reception staff could be a bit slow. Parking in front of the hotel is a problem as there are not enough spaces.

The Crown Regency Hotel in Makati is a very good value hotel for such a great location. It is clean, modern, and the staff is friendly. The free wifi in the lobby area was an added bonus. While there is a lack of parking space, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone desiring to stay in Makati area. I would definitely return and stay here.

Shopping Tip : There's quite a few malls within walking distance.

Nice location if you plan to go to shopping in Makati area. Just across the hotel is Park Square 1 and across Park Square 1 is Glorietta Malls. Clean rooms. Free high-speed broadband. Good breakfast. Value for money.

Small rooms. Beds are too elevated.

The hotel location is nice if you intend to do your stuff in Makati business district. It is located across Park Square 1. Park Square 1 is also opposite Glorietta Malls and Dusit Thani Hotel. The rooms are clean. Since it is a small hotel, the rooms are all near the elevator. Free high-speed broadband/internet in the room and free wifi in the lobby and restaurant. The few cons are the small rooms. The distance between the bed and the table is not even enough to put a chair in between and sit comfortably. I also noticed the bed is a bit elevated from the conventional. The food served at the breakfast is good. It could still be improved in terms of choices. But for a limited space, this is quite acceptable already. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money for a good location.

Shopping Tip : Across the hotel is Park Square 1 and Glorietta Malls.

Proximity to the airport and shopping.

Marginal breakfast, small room

The hotel was in a great location although the front entrance was rather difficult and congested. Very good service from all the hotel employees, in fact a bit too much at times. The bathroom was extremely small as the door opened up and blocked the toilet. The room was also a wierd configuration and had wasted space that was unusable.

ADSL cable to connect to. Clean. Respectable and genuinely concerned staff for your stay.

Small washroom but beyong that nothing else much to complain of. The phone didnt work in my room but then it wasnt too much of a deal.

Clean, ADSL internet at your fingertips. Helpful staff. Concerned if you get ripped off by the airport taxis which happened to me. They make it routine to take the liscence plate number of the taxi that sends u off to the airport to keep the local taxi drivers good. The problem was coming from the airport, but heh... every country I guess has them. Didnt take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but it was ok because all the major restaurants with in couple of minutes walking

Hotel Feature Tip : ask for cabs from the hotel to come and pick you up if you can. The hotel keeps tabs on the cabs they send out vs airport taxis where the vendor and person that got me the airport taxi were dubious from the start.

Pretty good location, very close to Greenbelt Mall

Few choice breakfast, small lobby

Very comfortable and convenient hotel, just 5 mins. walk to greenbelt mall. Corner suite is pretty big with 2 queen size beds, and a clean and big bathroom. Staff with great smile. Overall is very good. The worst place is the breaskfast area, small and not much choice .. and no wifi

Our room (corner suite) was big, with two big beds in it. The bathroom had marble tiles. There was free internet use. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's very hot inside the lift because they used 2 halogen spotlights for lighting. The breakfast menu could be better (even though they had variations over our 3 days there). The floors (both the marble floors in the lobby, and the corridor outside the room, as well as the parquet floor in the room) are slippery - possibly because of the cleaning agent/wax used to clean/polish them.

Our stay at Crown Regency Hotel Makati was value for money. The corner suite we were given was spacious, as was the bathroom, which had marble tiles and vanity top. And there were 2 big beds, so there was space enough for my husband and I, and our daughter. The staff were courteous and helpful too. And we could just cross the road to the nearest shopping centre, and then walk on to the next one(and so on), as the shopping centres there are all conveniently interconnected! In fact, it's so near the shops that we managed to do last minute shopping till about half an hour before we were due to depart for the airport! Then all we had to do was cross the road back to the hotel! It's a cosy hotel, and all in all, it helped make our trip a very good experience, especially since this is our first trip back in close to twenty years!

Travel tip : Crown Regency is within walking distance to the main shopping centres in Makati. Greenbelt is a must-see, for more upmarket coffee houses and restaurants. We tried Sentro - Filipino cuisine. The staff was helpful and polite, and the food, good! We will definitely go back there again the next time we visit Manila!

Location, new furnishings, fast and free internet connection (not wireless).

Expensive breakfast but selection was good enough for me. Small rooms and small common areas (lobby, restaurant, hallways).

Generally a good hotel to stay at. Bellmen are attentive and helped us get a good cab to the airport. Cost-wise, a bit expensive compared to other hotels in its category.

Travel tip : Being at the heart of Makati, getting in and out of your hotel by car can be a problem during peak hours.

Location, service, cost, room quality.

Resteraunt/Bar. No pool/sundeck.

We stayed here last year and again this year based on our positive experiences. The location is great and is adjacent to Glorietta Mall and very close to Greenbelt Mall and nightlife. The hotel staff, especially the bellmen, give genuinely great service and the price is among the best in Makati. It is in a safe and convenient area with easy walk or taxi to anywhere in Makati.

restaurant.

We have stayed here now multiple times and after shopping around, seem always to return. The staff is very good with every question or concern being immediately and correctly addressed. Only drawback is parking (none) and sundeck/pool (none). Another good stay.

I found the hotel a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were clean and the fridge was always restocked with the complimentary bottled water each day. The breakfast that was served was a nice variety/mix of Filipino and American foods. The fresh fruit was always supplied. The security at the door was a welcome addition, too.

The location was OK, but on a very busy street with lots of traffic noise...try for an upper floor room. Parking is at a premium if you're driving and need a spot.

Overall I liked my stay at the Crown Regency Makati. The location is pretty good...not far from the airport and close to some major shopping areas. I was there for four nights before flying to Boracay for a beach vacation, and then for another night before catching my plane for the trip home. The breakfast was always good with a nice mix of foods. The staff were always kind and helpful, and quick to offer assistance. I was able to leave my one bag securely stored while I went to Boracay for 11 nights, which was convenient. I didn't need to use the internet connection so I can't comment on that. There was a free paper at the door every morning.

Travel tip : Beware of the taxi drivers who don't want to run their meter...they will over charge you!! Nightime can be a bit spooky around the hotel with beggars/homeless people around, but I never felt threatened by them.

Good location. It's near the SM makati(but not SM mall of asia). Room facility is ok.

The first day when I arrived, I was transferred to another hotel because the aircon didn't work. Breakfast is bad, there is almost nothing served. Room is not clean, the bed sheet is scratchy. The service is bad. Reception not polite.
