Our stay was superb. We had very pleasant service from the staff, the room was well kept and clean except that It didn't have a window maybe next time we should get a bigger room. The breakfast was delicious and had good choice of food.

Service is superb and the location is close to everywhere we wanted to go during this visit.

We booked two nights at this hotel but when we arrived, the front desk told us they did not have a room for us for the night and sent us to A.Avenue (another hotel about 20 min away). The staff really, really upset us with their attitude. But when we started arguing and creating a scene, the manager came and sorted everything out. He was much nicer and helpful. So anyway they still had to send us to another hotel. However A.Avenue was a lot nicer and gave us a huge suite. Crown Regency picked us up the next morning and took us back to their hotel to stay for the second night. But it was just so time consuming and troublesome! Can't believe they overbooked their rooms.

Right in Makati, very near to shopping malls, easily accessible, close to airport - Great location!

King size bed or a double bed should always be available. Two single beds is not always suitable, especially for a couple and should have internet access.

The hotel reception area is very clean, and staff is always ready to help you.

The hotel location, not even the taxi drivers know where it is.

The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. We were not happy with the food as the hot food was cold. There are no toast or jams available for European customers. I myself liked the local food but my husband is not keen. Fresh milk should be available as well.

The staff service was of a high standard and the location of this hotel is excellent to room was clean and well-serviced. The door staff were very good and helpful when trying to get a taxi.

• Shopping Tip : Go straight through Park Square and you are at the Glorietta Shopping Mall.
