The hotel was conveniently located by the mall and also with easy access to the main road. It was a little bit troublesome reaching the hotel depending in what direction you came from due to the one-way streets. The past couple of times I had been to Manila I've stayed at the Pan Pacific. However, since I don't think Pan Pacific is worth the money they're charging I decided to go for another hotel that was recommended to me.
I found that the hotel could definitely compete with Pan Pacific and held the same class if not even better in some aspects.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was also very friendly and attentive.
The fact that the mall was just next door was another big plus. There was no need to go outside to get harassed by street merchants, etc - everything was within the hotel area.
I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza for my next visit to Manila.
Shopping Tip : The mall next to the hotel has pretty much everything you need. I had dinner there every night of my stay - good food to a very good price too.

hotel is connected next to the mall... the room is of a comfortable size... the hotel reservations got messed up... it upsets us when they made us wait for 1 hour to get a room for us... the hotel is nicely located next to the mall... the staff were polite doing their best... but i guess these reservation mess ups are management problems which reflects the inefficiency of the staff...

Spacious room
Good facilities First stay but found it impressive. The room is spacious and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and cheerful. Restaurant serves a great variety of sumptuous food for the morning breakfast. The adjacent shopping mall provides shopping for whatever items you could dream of.
A pleasant and enjoyable stay. Good for relaxation and holidays getaway.
Shopping Tip : A trip to the adjacent shopping mall will bring you many surprises

The hotel was neat and clean. No doubt about that. I liked their fast responding services. We had an issue while checking in but the front desk resolved it with satisfaction. Breakfast buffett was great with regard to the various types of cousines. We couldnt visit the other aminities provided but i am pretty sure that they are of excellent level.

The rooms are excellent, service excellent too everything perfect for my expectation I organized a reunion in this hotel, the staff are very supportive expecially the catering Manager. The hotel gave us a good service. I will highly recommend this to my friends and be a member of agora for a better rate.

Location, staff, size of rooms. Breakfast buffet very good. Slow, expensive broadband service US$20/day. Hire-car service kind of a rip-off.
This is a great alternative to spending a lot of money in a 5-star hotel. The amenities in the room are all good except for the broadband service which is very expensive and very slow. Frustrating, when trying to do work that involves graphics transfer. Other than that everything was good. The rooms are spacious. The TV was kind of old, but OK. The breakfast that was included in my room tariff was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hire-car service which I think is an outside contractor charged me P700 for a trip one day, and then the next day charged P900, that made me a little angry.
Shopping Tip : On the third floor is a bridge that goes directly into the next door shopping mall.

King-sized bed, comfortable pillows TV is old (not flat-screen), shower is so-so It's a good business hotel. It's location is very convenient there's a mall that is very accessible, and taxis are easy to find. The rooms are decent and the food (breakfast and restaurants) is good. It's good value and comfortable. It would be great to improve the TV inside the room.
Shopping Tip : The mall is very accessible, just an elevator away. Very good buys, especially on clothing!

It was truly great. The staff were courteous and friendly. The room was excellent. Added plus is the entrance to the mall. No hassle with the traffic. Everything looks clean. I hope they will find some ways improving the entrance to the hotel especially when traffic is heavy. For the price I paid, it was truly worth it. The staff were friendly and courteous. They really made me feel welcome. I was there to meet my husband who was arriving midnight from an international flight. I was not bored because of the direct entrance to a mall. I felt secured because there was no unnecessary noise from the outside or from the other rooms. The room was also clean and sanitized. Housekeeping was always available and quick to respond to your needs. And drinking water was always available for free. The only problem was the hotel's entrance. We had a hard time coming in because it was heavy traffic so we had to get out of the taxi and walk in the rain.

Nice rooms, shopping centre can be accessed easily. The location was terrific, staff very pleasant and rooms very nice. Hotel is joined to Robinsons Galleria so shopping was a blast! Friendly staff and breakfast very nice. Excellent surroundings and easily accessible by any transport. SM mall of Asia very close by as well as Greenhills. Manila is great for shopping and English is spoken widely, everyone speaks English there. I will definitely be going back to The Philippines.

Crowne Club was super great! Highly recommend to anyone staying at the Crowne Plaza. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza 5 days. Highly recommend usage of the Crowne Plaza Club. Very professional staff and great service. Recommend this to anyone who wants a great hotel in Manila.

Location, modern, clean, well-run hotel. Large rooms with good views. Outstanding service especially from the club floor. Nothing really. Aircon on 19th floor wasn't very efficient. This is our second visit to the Crowne Plaza. Previously we paid a small supplement for a larger room. This time we upgraded to the club floor which was excellent. P1700 per night (about $40). There is free use of the club restaurant which had drinks/food with cocktails being served in the evening as well as breakfast & afternoon tea. Free internet access etc. The best point being the level of service. The receptionists there went the extra mile to ensure my family & me were made to feel as comfortable as possible. The entertained my children & helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday. Little things like this are not forgotten. This has the same service levels of hotel several times in price in HK or Singapore.
Hotel Feature Tip : Pay the P1700 for the club floor & enjoy the sunset with a few drinks.

Location is great right next to Robinson's Galleria, a church and walking distance to several restos and other malls within the vicinity. The electronic water heater was broken so I wasn't able to have coffee or tea inside my room. I choose this hotel for one reason its location. It's right beside a mall and also a church during my stay it was raining so it was convinient that the hotel has a dedicated path going towards the mall. This hotel is recommended for people who loves to shop. The breakfast at Seven Corners is also good and worth the money.
Shopping Tip : You don't have to go very far because everything is there.
