Convenient Location, great service attitude Great location and shopping mall Robinsons is connected to the hotel. It is convenient to shopping and eating near the hotel. The service attitude of the staff is good and the room is clean and tidy. Their staff are so friendly and introduce many place for us to visit.

Great hotel, club room gave access to the club lounge which was lovely. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I was looked after well. Din't get a chance to venture out, but it is located in one of the nicer areas of manila.

Location, nice interior, well maintained This hotel is located at Ortigas. It is exactly right beside Robinsons Galleria Shopping mall which gives the guest something to do, when they are not busy with what they need to do. Staff are corteous and helpful.

This hotel was managed well by the staff. They were quite friendly. The rooms are furnished nicely and was well kept. It had a clean feeling. Around the hotel was a mall that had some good restaurants, and provided some time away from business.

Great location and adjoining facilities at the Mall The business centre is pricy and not sufficent staff to attend to guests at the Event Management department. The Crowne Plaza Hotel shares the same buliding as the Galleria Mall and is linked at the third floor. Plenty of shopping and eateries, I spent 3 Nights and never left the Hotel / Mall as whatever required was available right there. It is a great place to meet either friends or for business. Excellent location and only 12Kms from the International Airport

Heavy traffic outside the hotel. I enjoyed my weekend at the hotel, the room is perfect - it is spacious and larger than most hotels I have been too. Service is superb. The location is a big plus, with the hotel adjacent to the mall.

Everything is absolutely outstanding including the restaurants and facilities. Service is excellent. Internet connection. We requested an internet username and password. Signed in but never decided to use them throughout my two days stay. Yet we were charge and was never told to inform the front desk if we are unable to continue using them. I have no objection with the charges but at least it should be posted in the room of any particular regulations. Also, I was told that I will be charged 12.00 pesos per room phone usage and again no warning notes that it varies where you are going to call. However, I'm still satisfied. I know that everyone else are just doing there job. Overall stay is excellent and one of the most beautiful hotel I had ever been in Asia. Good service specially during breakfast. Those guys are good cook and fantastic food selections. My wife and I loved it so much. In fact we are going back in September 2009.
Shopping Tip : Inter connecting buildings from hotels to galleria shopping and restaurants are very comfortable. So many fast food retaurant outside the hotel with various selections.

Location Location Location Good hotel location, connected to Robinson Mall. Very convenient for shopping, having meals, going to cinema. Breakfast buffet is also good with variety of western & eastern dishes. However, breakfast doesnt come as complimentary, not part of hotel room accom.that makes it a bit pricey. Otherwise room, service & everything are above average. Taxi is not easy to flag due to hotel position at the corner junction, but concierge service to flag taxi for you is readily available. Overall it's a good business hotel rated 4.5 star in my book.

For the price, it's pretty good value - very clean, big room. The TV was kind of ancient, but not a big deal. It's right above a huge shopping mall and breakfast buffet isn't bad.

Excellent rooms, very clean, Club Lounge, adjacent to mall, poor entry access, taxi availability, no one opened the doors to this hotel... 4star... must happen The hotel was ideally placed in Ortegas Avenue adjacent to the Robinsons Galleria. Excellent rooms - good breakfast and superb club lounge. The only down side was the door staff who did not open doors; taxis were difficult and the local taffic very noisy. The pool was disappointing and the gym is accessed via the neighbouring hotel. Very enjoyable stay... would definately use this hotel again.

Decently clean rooms, accessibility to shopping, restaurants, very friendly staff In-room internet is a killer.
Gym and locker rooms are in major need of cleaning up.
Confusing location of amenities I chose this hotel because of the recommendation of friends. I came away with mixed reactions.
On the upside, as I mentioned above, the hotel is right close to the main shopping centers along EDSA (Galleria and Megamall), although my main reasons for checking in had to do with rest and recuperation. The staff are very friendly and they go all out in greeting you. Breakfast is decent enough.
On the downside, the location is also a challenge because there's major congestion around the hotel. The gym is also a big let down since it's actually shared with an adjacent hotel. Facilities are limitied. Worse is the locker room, which looks dingy and dirty. No towels are provided and you have to bring your own locks unless you want to go through the maze of hallways and elevators to go back to your room and back.
My biggest issue was with the deposit (close to US$100) which they charged me without informing me first. UNlike other hotels, it takes them 2 weeks to unblock it. The Accounts department isn't helpful either, refusing to listen to me explain that I had no record of approving this charge to my card.
Overall, you get what you pay for. The general staff

The hotel was conveniently located by the mall and also with easy access to the main road. It was a little bit troublesome reaching the hotel depending in what direction you came from due to the one-way streets. The past couple of times I had been to Manila I've stayed at the Pan Pacific. However, since I don't think Pan Pacific is worth the money they're charging I decided to go for another hotel that was recommended to me.
I found that the hotel could definitely compete with Pan Pacific and held the same class if not even better in some aspects.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was also very friendly and attentive.
The fact that the mall was just next door was another big plus. There was no need to go outside to get harassed by street merchants, etc - everything was within the hotel area.
I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza for my next visit to Manila.
Shopping Tip : The mall next to the hotel has pretty much everything you need. I had dinner there every night of my stay - good food to a very good price too.

hotel is connected next to the mall... the room is of a comfortable size... the hotel reservations got messed up... it upsets us when they made us wait for 1 hour to get a room for us... the hotel is nicely located next to the mall... the staff were polite doing their best... but i guess these reservation mess ups are management problems which reflects the inefficiency of the staff...

Spacious room
Good facilities First stay but found it impressive. The room is spacious and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and cheerful. Restaurant serves a great variety of sumptuous food for the morning breakfast. The adjacent shopping mall provides shopping for whatever items you could dream of.
A pleasant and enjoyable stay. Good for relaxation and holidays getaway.
Shopping Tip : A trip to the adjacent shopping mall will bring you many surprises

The hotel was neat and clean. No doubt about that. I liked their fast responding services. We had an issue while checking in but the front desk resolved it with satisfaction. Breakfast buffett was great with regard to the various types of cousines. We couldnt visit the other aminities provided but i am pretty sure that they are of excellent level.
