Manila Diamond Hotel is an excellent hotel located in the heart of Manila. We had remarkable services from hotel staffs.
Also good access for shopping and dinning.
Especially we had a good time at night lounge on the top.
Reluctantly room for breakfast is too narrow based on its guest capacity.

i was stay in the room 606 after 1 night i hear noise from the up i dont know there is party there or what and they transfer us in room 805 in the night were not sleeping, 7am i will sleep i hear too much noise about their making renovation i think and after that they transfer us again in the room 1204 we sleep good that night because we have flight tomorow,. i hope they will improve the silence in the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
nice because its near in the bars and mall

All of the staff were polite and very helpful.
The breakfast buffet is incomparable and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Dinner was excellent for those who like Japanese menus.
The only problem was my disappointment with the room size and accessories. We booked the same type room as our last stay and the first visit was a large room on the 19th floor with a good view of the bay, with a shaving mirror and flowers in the main room and bath. This visit on the 9th floor was a smaller room with no shaving mirror and no flowers in the room. There was only one hand towel and no cotton balls. Housekeeping did take care of the towels and cotton balls. The cold water in the sink would only start to flow after a 45 second wait.

we find the staff very courteous, polite and service oriented...the room is also impressive, clean and and comfortable. we also like the location.very accessible.. it's near robinson's mall and there a lot of restaurants nearby.. the food is also good.. looking forward to another stay there..

This business hotel is located right at Manila's seafront boulevard, and just a short walk away from the historic old town (Intramuros). The neighborhood around the hotel is somewhat seedy but the hotel is very stringent with security measures.

Good location by the baywalk in Malate area which is full of restaurants and night clubs.I been there first time and i was really surprised with hospitality and cleanliness of the property.Staff very friendly and accommodating.Beautiful experience.For sure we will be back in Diamond Hotel Manila

The Hotel is great very nice looking hotel and the rooms are very nice and comfortable the staff are very friendly
I am a giant of a man and I would be worried about walking outside at night, I was told it is close to the red light area but I did not venture out on foot.
Would I say its the best no but its not far off.

I loved this Hotel, It was a pleasure to stay here. I am quit discriminating in the hotels I stay at, I want good value for money, But also do not mind paying for it either.
This Hotel is truly a Diamond in both name and stature.

You are right on Manila Bay, so Cross the street and enjoy the beauty
