Hotel was clean comfortable. But so it should be for the cost No fault found. One of the best One of the best reasturant on the top floor. But most of the time no one else there. They tryed to add breakfast on to the end of the bill but as i pointed out it was inclued but no apoligie was recived for there mistake. Hotel is in walking distance from Robinson mall and bay walk. Staff very helpfull and professional. Breakfast not as good as it was a year ago but ok. One of the best hotels but so is the price

parking people will not hail a metered taxi for you. breakfast not included. One of the fancier hotels in ermita area a couple steps above the no-frills hotels. Room service food was nothing special.a

Free Internet, nice views of the bay. Local telephone calls were very expensive. Nice hotel, staff very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Nice hotel, quite traditional.

the place is perfect and the food is excellent and affortable .. the front desk is not so accomodating and the information was not enough for the guest to undestand the facilities and information of the hotel...i hope someday they will improve or train more their Front desk.. The hotel wasa excellent the food was good and affortable the place is perfect to stay in even a long period of time. The only problem i encountered was the Front desk they are not accomodating,the information was not enough for us as guest...as if they give only the Key and Finish..after that no more..i was very very disappointed ..since they are the front desk i think all the smiles and information..but it was not ...hope they will change such attitude...

Room is so large for 2 persons Nothig to write about weakness. This hotel is so nice, bcouse it is not expensive.
And night view is beautiful from our room.
Whenever we go to the Philippines, we will stay this hotel every time.

Good prepare, security, manner, clean, comfortable bed. Pool is very small, bathrooms wall is thin. Very good hotel, highly recommend this hotel.

Everything within easy access. Nice rooms and view of the bay with good food. It's unusual & odd that i paid for two deluxe rooms for two nights and all 4 of us had to provide Identification (even though those names were provided 3 months in advance) when other hotel Asian patrons does not. Is it for being a Fil-Am? The hotel location is ideal that's why for two consecutive New Years Eve celebration, i booked those same days. It's within easy access to the best eating places around town that's outside the hotel although the eating place at the hotel aren't bad either. We always go to the Palm Court Cafe there before heading to the roof top for the new years eve celebration.
Shopping Tip : Mall of Asia is close by and so with other good restaurants..

Very nice, very clean hotel with a large lobby restaurant, comfortable coffee shop and good sky lounge. Granting the security is a concern in Manila, this hotel seems to take this to an extreme. It is difficult to relax or feel comfortable having to pass a gauntlet of automatic weapons, a dog, several security screener and other guards simply to get a bottle of soda at the corner store. Perhaps there is no other choice given their security concerns, but I would not call this a relaxing stay. However, on the positive side, the hotel is very well kept up and service was good once inside.
Nightlife Tip : Just a few blocks from a lively bar area.

The pool is very nice. My family enjoyed it. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. Excellent service. Diamond Hotel is an excellent hotel. You know the management principles of the hotel through its staff. They are superb, from bell boys to the housekeeping and the restaurants. Excellent. The hotel is very nice as well.

The Diamond Hotel had lots of entertainment, good food, and good services. The Standard and Deluxe rooms were a bit smaller than I had expected in my opinion. My overall experience at the Diamond Hotel were good. Good Services, clean, and affordable. Good location very near to the sea side. The Robinson Mall is also near if you want to do some nearby shopping. Good restaurants local and commercial for you to enjoy inside the hotel and around its location. They also have rooms with a great overview of the sea. This hotel will be my choice of stay in the future.
Hotel Feature Tip : I like to spend just as much time in my room as I do out of my room. If you want more than just a resting area, I recommend reserving an Executive Suite. The Standard and Deluxe rooms were a bit small for my taste. No space to do anything but lay down or sit in one spot.

Great staff and service, superb dinner buffet, one of the nicest pools in Manila. Although not located in the central business area, the ease of travelling on the bayfront boulevard, particularly to and from the airport, more than compensates.
