I have chosen Dusit as the hotel where my sister & I can stay because it is cheaper than the other hotels in the area. Secondly Dusit is very near the malls, the church & the airport. Dusit is accessible to any type of transportation, thus going to any place is not a problem.The staff are friendly & respectful. The amenities in the hotel like TV, swimming pool, restaurants are superb. I will always recommend Dusit to my foreign visitors even to local friends & relatives.

excellent location and outstanding accomodations the dusit thani is conveniently located in makati withing walking distance to SM and Glorietta. There are numerous eating venues available within the hotel. the room was exceptional, well worth the price. unfortunately there aren't any views to speak of but the convenient location makes up for that shortcoming. the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite, would definitely stay there again.

Generally, it is a good five star hotel at reasonable price. Good location. This is a reasonably priced five star hotel comparing with other five stars nearby. The location of the hotel is very good as it is right next to the highway and the mall. This is a very short, one night stay for me, and my first time, too. I have stayed at nearby Peninsula and Shangrila before. But this hotel is a good value for the money. Large variety and selection of breakfast. Friendly staff and good service.

Very convenient luxury hotel with good facilities For the first time we were given a room with very poor facilities. The hotel is fine but our room was not up to standard on this occasion.The air-con, hair dryer, safe and refrigerator were all faulty on arrival.The staff attended to them quickly and affectively however and this was the first time in many visits that we have had this bad experience.The hotel is very comfortable otherwise and is adjacent to multiple shopping
facilities and meter taxis are cheap to the airport.
We would definatetly stay here again despite the problems due to the excellent and very friendly staff who responded well to eradicate our discomfort.
Shopping Tip : Shop till you drop at the many varied shopping facilities within easy walking distance from the hotel

Accommodating, friendly, & welcome hospitality was always looking forward to ... the mango juice was a welcome treat! Communications between front desk & transportation ... did not know we had a reservation the day of departure to the airport although it was confirmed twice ... two days & night before ... fruit tray arrived late...minor... I will stay again at this hotel ... not just a 5 star accommodations but also the convenience of all the needs are there ... like shopping, transportation, food ...etc. I will recommend it next time to my friends ...

no change from last time, excellent and friendly staff courteous helpful and always willing to assist. close proximity to all the major shopping areas and good restaurants.the service is consistently good and the hotel appears staffed with willing persons that are able to answer your questions or just giving you a smile and greeting. very welcoming. no problems in recommending this hotel to people i know wanting to stay in manila

Location, room and food are what impressed us most
about this hotel. The thumping sound which we think came from the
hot water pipes at 4:00 a.m. was quite annoying. Being close to the International Airport is a big
plus especially in a city like Manila whose traffic
can cause big delays. The buffet breakfast was not
the greatest but there was enough variety to choose
from. Service was good. We called their attention
to a loud thumping sound at 4 a.m. and we were
promised a discount the next time we stayed there.
It was not done in writing but we hope that they
will surely honor their promise.
Shopping Tip : Great shopping is not too far from the hotel.

The amenities offered, great service, friendly staff, clean quiet and great location. The Dusit Thani hotel is a great hotel, definitely my wife and I plan to stay again soon. The hotel staff are all professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities offered are a nice touch. The room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location from the international airport was great, not to close or to far to go. the area the hotel is located in was safe and offered many nice restaurants and shopping was close by.

Close to the shopping center. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a nice flat screen t.v. The water for the shower was not warm. My girlfriend and I recently booked a room with the Dusit because of its close location to the airport and major shopping area. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant because we had so many other choices of places to eat near the hotel. We will definitely make arrangements to stay as guest again at The Dusit Thani. Many Thanks, Kurt & Sarah.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location in the heart of Manila, not far from the airport, in close proximity to shopping centers and supermarkets. Updated rooms. The only that did not like it - low-pressure water in my room.
Great staff, pleasant and friendly, sense of professionalism in everything! I advise all of this hotel, excellent quality for good money!

Your breakfast could use a little help... (syrup a bit off, and french toast and pancakes sit too long and get old and hard). Location is great, your security very good.. And I will be staying again at your hotel next month!

Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was very good and always clean. Everything in the room was good if not great, but the bed can be uncomfortable due to its firmness, which became a bit difficult to sleep at times. Bathrooms appear old and of average workmanship. Would not want to dwell too much on this aspect, as it pales in comparison with what the hotel, its staff and location has to offer... Felt immediately welcomed and secure at the entrance door. The welcoming staff and security detail who attended to me were courteous and professional. Good value for money, commensurate with its aging furniture. Poor value for money, if dining in the hotel, as the Makati CBD precinct caters to great value restaurant dining. Terrible value for money, if taking hotel taxi.
Restaurant Tip : Eat outside of the hotel for greater variety of food.

Dusit Thail hotel is worthy to stay. It's located just besides the MRT. There are big shopping center just in front of the hotel. The staffs are warm and nice. The breakfast is good.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was really nice there is nice that I can say was lacking I only stayed there for three nights, but being that I am back in Manila next week I intend to stay there again.

The lobby. They have spent alot on the lobby but should have saved some for the rooms. Car transfers from the airport were a bit of a scam. Got met by a guy holding the Dusit sign and has us wait while our car is arranged. A 15year old Toyota pulls up and we load the bags in. 15 minutes later we get to the hotel the drive hits us with a 800 peso bill. Cab would have been 100. We checked in and they informed us that we had our non smoking room. Dropped the bags in the room turned on the A.C.and went down to eat. Got back to the room and the smell made our eyes water. It was such a strong smoke smell my wife ran out. All they had done is remove the ash trays. They gave us another room and all night we would get the smell of raw sewerage through the A.C. We had planded ona 3 night stay and could not wait to leave in the morning. Rooms very dateded and real need of upgrade.
Restaurant Tip : The shopping center outside the hotel has 12 restuarnts and the outback steak is not bad for the money.
