The service was amazing. By far, the best I've ever encountered. Air condition was difficult to set. I will definitely come back to the Dusit. The restaurants within the hotel were excellent and the overall service was simply extraordinary.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take advantage of the spa called "Let's Face It" which is right across the hotel. Great value!

It's clean and there are very kind. I satisfy with this hotel but, when I asked them to add breakfast service. they made a mistake. so, I was confused. I already asked breakfast service but when I had a breakfast they gave me a receipt. and when I checked out they gave me a receipt again. I was my first staying in the hotel. I was nervous.

Friendly and helpful staff. When we requested and got late checkout the other systems (as use of phone) didn't register it. Was in need of a place to stay for a couple of days in Manila and found Dusit Thani on the website of Agoda. It had good reviews and ratings and also a good price online. When I wanted to extend the stay, the staff was very helpful. Valet parking, business center and other staff was very helpful. A place that can be recommended. Compared to the price of condotels in the same are it is a great bargain! I paid almost the same price for a condotel a few blocks away the night before, and it cannot compare in any way.

I think dusit is a very good hotel because it is close to shopping malls. And the room is clean and comfortable. Services bothered me. I want to rest in the room but the phone was calling and the bell was calling. I know it was to ask weather i feel uncomfortable and want to need but.. It just bother me. Dusit is a very good hotel like me who want shopping in Manila.

Clean, good neighborhood. Having stayed several times in Manila at other places, I thought that it was time to try a 5-star hotel, and the Dusit fit the bill. Although I did not stay long, it was clean, apparently well-run, with only a faintly musty odor in the carpeted hallways and rooms. It is conveniently located near Greenbelt and so shopping and a wide variety of restaurants is readily accessible.

Ease of access from EDSA without being caught in the famous Makati rush hour traffic. Plenty of shopping and dinning outlets within walking distance. Internet and WiFi access should be offered as complimentary for all staying guests. I am delighted to be offered a personal greetings and check-in upon arrival. Although the hotel is now fully 'Thai' flavour, it still retain the typical friendliness and warmth of the Philippines. I am hoping the hotel can consider offering the in-room internet or WiFi access as complimentary without charges. This would definately make Dusit Thani a preferred choice for business and leisure travelers.

Nice location, nice service, clean rooms. The room furniture is very old and need to be changed and internet fee in room is expensive. Nice service, nice location and close to many shopping malls and international restaurants and cafes. I will stay there again in my next visit.

Ambience was great. The room was nice, though at first, there was an unpleasant smell which was rectified immediately by the staff. The hotel is very close to everything..,shopping and restaurants.
The people at the hotel were all friendly and nice. Everyone was more than willing to help when needed. The room was so quiet (did not hear a thing from outside). The hotel atmosphere truly depicted the Thai theme. The Spa experience was worth every penny. I will definely stay there again. And of course, will recommend it to others.

Great location and nice hotel for a great price. Some of the views of the Makati skyline are not that good but the upper floors are great. Room service menu is a bit limited. This is a great hotel for the price and the location is excellent. The service is first class and the rooms are elegant and luxurious for the price. Very similar to Shangri La and Peninsula but much cheaper.
Travel tip : Ask for room 1505...great view of the Makati skyline.

The staff was amazing! Great area right next to the shopping malls. Easy to get to/from the airport and other locations in Manila. We had two rooms, one for our teenagers and one for ourselves. Everything was fantastic; this is definitely the nicest hotel and neighborhood we've stayed in on our trips through Manila. Since we had an 11:30pm flight leaving Manila, the hotel let us have a 6pm checkout on one of the rooms. On check-in, we were offered an additional package that included Breakfast, and access to the Dusit Lounge (open bar from 5pm-8pm, plus sodas, water, and snacks from 6am-10pm). The package was a very good deal, since the lounge was very comfortable and made those last few hours waiting for the plane very pleasant. We walked over to the Glorietta mall and spent most of one day wandering around. A quick taxi ride on the other day to the Mall of Asia completed our two day stay.
Our stay seemed more like a two or three day cruise than a hotel stay!
Restaurant Tip : There is a food court in the basement of the SM store for cheap eats. The SM store is a big grocery store also if buying food is more your style.

Great hotel for a stay in Manila. Located only about 20 minutes to the International airport and about 10 minutes for Domestic airport.
Rooms are a very good standard and staff are very helpful.
Centrally located and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Usual high standard of a Dusit hotel, would definitely stay again if in Manila.
Shopping Tip : Walking distance, about 5/10 minutes to the Greenbelt shopping malls. Good shops and a large selection of bars and quality restaurants.
Make sure taxi drivers use the meter!!

Good Rooms. Good staff. Not lacking anything. If you wish a centrally located hotel close to major shopping centres, excellent choice of food outlets etc then this hotel will offer all you need. It is walking distance to everything you need. The staff are very helpful and the lobby entrance is very welcoming. Security is very good too.
