great location, but needs a face lift....
The hotel is near shopping and restaurants.....

i have stayed at this hotel a few times, and it's ok. just ok..... it's in a good location for shopping and restaurants, and the lobby and spa are wonderful. i really like the spa and the staff are amazing. the rooms are normal size, and the bathrooms are on the smaller size of normal.
Restaurant Tip:
lots of choices are the corner and the food varies.

I was really satisfied for the hotel and staff. The room is always clean and if I ask staff to do something, they do it for me soon. Location is also quite good for shopping and business. Security is also very good. Thank you very much. I will choose this hotel again.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shopping center next to the hotel. Green Belt is also quite near the hotel.

Well-run hotel with lovely staff; Great location

Pros:
The room was pleasant with a nice-sized desk to work at - this is important for me, not sure about others.
The gym said 24hrs, and lived up to it's billing. The night manager opened it up to me at 11:30pm and it was ideal. Excellent equipment. Nice layout for the pool. Comfortable.
The staff was fantastic in every regard... except:
Cons:
Heading to airport after checking out, I was asked if I wanted a metered taxi, and replied yes. A jalopy showed up and definitely did not have a working meter and once I was off tried to charge 500php for the ride. I huffed and puffed a bit and we settled on 200php. I gave him 350php (Easter holiday, and excellent driving saved me some angst & a late arrival). In defense of the hotel, they probably sensed I was in a rush, and they may have just missed the lack of meter.
Another major con in my book: charging for internet (& at relatively ridiculous rates). Hopefully in the near future this won't be an issue. As a business traveler, it is just not worth the hassle. I'll stay at one of the newer boutiques next time.
Nightlife Tip:
Know your route well if you are taking a taxi. They like to take customers on "city tours" if you understand my meaning. But if you know where you are going, they seem to take the direct route.

Good but very dated rooms

i stayed in a club room and enjoyed all the benefits such as free breakfast, wifi, drinks and food at 5pm.
this place has all the facilities you would expect of a 5* hotel and the staff are excellent.
however, the rooms, whilst clean and having all the requisite facilities, are tired and dated and in real need of renovation.
the carpets are older than my girlfriend and the bathroom in need of a complete overhaul.
having said that i enjoyed my stay overall because of the facilities and staff.

All the facilities you would expect from a 5* hotel.
I booked a Club Room that came with breakfast, wifi and evening drinks and food. Breakfast was very good.
Pool and gym facilities very good - give the timber decking a lick of paint though.

Great Customer Service with a Smile...
The View ( we had the Pool view), Breakfast buffet style, the Building and the Staff...

i would recommend it ot my family and friends... i'll go back there whenever i get a chance to fly back to pi... courteous staff...
