Dusit Thani is located at the center of Ayala. It just takes 2 minutes' walk to the SM Mall. The charge of hotel car to Airport is too expensive. The price is nearly 10 times to the cab. So you'd better take the cab out of the hotel. The location of Dusit Thani is most attractive to us since it's our first time to Manila. It's very convenient to get to SM and other Malls at Ayala Center. The hotel staffs are all nice and helpful. We will stay at Dusit Thani again if we come back to Manila. It's very safe to stay here. But it's a little expensive for an extra bed.

Hotel is close to the Skytrain transit system and had very nice amenities. Room was large and comfortable. Service was mostly great. Main con was at check-in where I felt a bit mistreated because I was using a hotel voucher. I was told there were no rooms available with a full sized bed only two doubles. When I complained they did manage to find a room. Also, because I had a voucher no breakfast was included. Only other complaint was that the security, which included a dog sniffing my bags, seemed excessive. Better safe then sorry I guess! This is a very nice hotel, 5 star with a grand lobby. Located in the Makati entertainment district it was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and transit. My room was large and the bed very comfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel was only a block away from the Skytrain/susbway system.

- Proximity to the mall. - Bellhop service was a little slow.
- There was a bit of a line to check in. The Dusit Thani Hotel was such a pleasant surprise. We only stayed one night but upon check in, I wasn't feeling very well. After one night of staying in the relaxing hotel, I felt so rejuvenated that I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation in Boracay. I will be spending the remaining 3 days of my stay in Manila at the Dusit Thani Hotel again. I would absolutely recommend it.

Very good location. walk to shopping area
in one minite. We are going shopping everyday to Glorietta,SM and Landmark. It is very very convinient location for that.
Also , for lunch and dinner, we can choose any kinds of foods around hotel.
Hotel room is not spacious, but clean and very quiet.
Hotel service is also very satisfied, because
when my daugheter called doctor, they came very soon to room and very kind care!!

We checked in at 8 p.m and checked out the following early morning at 5 am to catch a flight abroad at 8a.m. The hotel can't offer us the free breakfast that came with the package, it's too bad.

Convenient to shopping malls My friend had to circle in and out of the hotel becuz they had a time limit that they can park at the entrance of the hotel.. The hotel is within walking distance to SM and Glorietta.The room is very big and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable... taxi is also easily avaliable..The only complain i have is the parking at the entrance. My local friend had to drive in and out of the hotel entrance while waiting for me...The staff said they have a time limit for cars to be at the entrance which i find it ridiculous..Room rate is reasonable.

I felt sorry for the sniffing dog. He is being subjected to hard labor in a very hot environment.

Its location offers easy access to several shopping areas and supermarkets.
The staff is courteous, well trained and helpful.
Using the hotel transport is 7 times more expensive than a standard taxi cab.
A lot of security measures when entering the hotel: dogs, sensors, secret guardmen, cameras, you name it!
The overall stay was pleasant at the Dusit Manila.
The kindness of Ms. Arisa Taira was exceptional!

The bed was too firm, way too firm
There is no alarm clock i the room, I did not ask, maybe they would have given one on request. The Dusit Thani Manila is a very nice Hotel, The hotel overall is very clean. Rooms are very good in size and very clean. The bed was a little too firm and caused my back to ache quite a bit. The hotel is in an excellent location with SM, Landmark, Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls all in easy waking distance. There is also a Japanese karaoke bar across the street.

Food and shopping is available everywhere! From the time that you step into the hotel to the time you depart all the staff are friendly and ready to assist you. They greet you with a smile and offer you a happy time of the day.\n\nThey also assist you by providing information on whatever you are looking for or need to do.\n\nThe wait staff at all the resturants are willing to offer suggestions on what is good or what the best meal for the day is.\n\nThe house keeping people are friendly.
Restaurant Tip : Plan what you want to eat, either in the Hotel or outside. It is an adventure.

this hotel management has done an extra mile to make this hotel themed like thai and at the same time not losing its international taste... great attention to details... food was great... the swimming pool was good enough for my kids to enjoy... nothing much... excellent value for money... this a fantastic hotel... situated at the very heart of makati... excellent service... this is among the top of my list of value for money hotels...

nothing in particular excepted when you are two persons i dont like to share my brushteeth and towels so please put 2 without the customer ask to add nice hotel personnel very kindly food excellent i use to go in this hotel every time i have to go in manila so 4 fois by year and i have no reason to change it ask for club floor and take your breafast in a quiet place reserved to member you paye a little bit more but it is giving to you a lot of adventage even the mini bar was offert great

Very neat and clean , great security. Pool schedule is good. soda's were very expensive our stay at Dusit is very an experience of a lifetime even it's our first time. Location is perfect because you can walk to most of the places you want to see even going to church at Greenbelt made our stay complete. Food at hotel was great. Lobby listening music is great. We would love to come back. Thanks for a great stay at your hotel. Thank you.
Shopping Tip : Dusit is located in the heeart of Makati. Greenbelt is one of the best place to shop and it's only a couple of block away or a little further but also a lot of places to eat too which we enjoyed very much.
