Great location; Great Service
Convenient location at the heart of the business centre
7.3
Great staff but the rooms are old. The sliding doors keeps on falling off its track. The iron and ironing board must be returned after each use within the day. Internet access is expensive. The business lounge could be noisy.
Travel tip:
The rooms are reasonable but you can get better rooms elsewhere. The hotel is an upgraded version of an old hotel. Sad to say, the upgrade is not professionally done - just a patchup job. Even the suites are less than ordinary.

Great Location
Great location, malls are in walking distance. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful
9.7
This is my second staying in Dusit Thani. I was impressed both stayings. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Many malls are nearby, SM, Glorietta, and Greenbelts. You can find many restaurants in those malls. The room is rather small but the bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and full of amentities that u need. Overall, I am impressed and sure will choose this hotel again if I go back to Manila.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Buffet in Basix is great.

liked the hotel for its location: easy access to malls and restaurants for business lunch or dinners; reception staff, business center staff, and Tosca staff were attentive, helpful and courteous.
hotel room needs a one-page quick guide to hotel services and contact numbers.

location, friendly staff, clean and newly renovated

excellent welcoming staff, the room was very good, clean and well maintained. Moreover, the hotel is next door to a huge Shopping mall, so it is ideal to find a nice souvenir for the kids after work...
Shopping Tip:
Glorietta is just next door, with SM department store and a lot of other shops and restaurants
