One of the best Hotels ever
The friendly staff did it for me, what ever question or request you have they did made it happen

I had the pleasure to stay a few days twice in a very short periode of time, this was one of the best stay in my travel time.
The staff is very very friendly no other hotel can even come close to this even in the Dusit Group. If anyone want to have a nice stay in Maila then this is the place to be. This from any aspect of a Hotel.

The service from the staffs were excellent,especially the receptionist name Luna,she was very friendly and helpful,so thanks to Agoda for the arrangement,my wife and me was very pleased.

excellent restaurants and comfortable rooms

Right in the heart of Makati, right besing SM mall so good for shopping. Very good for night life as very near all the main Areas to go out. Very comfortable room with great views. Nice swimming pool although the sun was blocked out by the hotel so no chance of getting a tan. Excellent spa although expensive. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The Dusit is value for money and offers an excelent standard of service. It has a very good location and there are many areas for food and shopping near by. I would give it 9 out of 10

The Thai restaurant - Benjarong is excellent. Quality of food, nice ambiance and value for money. And the spa...

Overall this is a nice hotel, very spacious. Thai restaurant is excellent. Staff are friendly and warm. Walking distance to shopping malls.

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. There was live music in the lobby at night too.
One tip though, if you were going to get an airport shuttle service during an off-peak hour, hire a car for two hours instead. It's cheaper.

Every time go to Manila must book this hotel
beautiful, great service and near by big malls
As 5 stars, should not charge internet fee... i think.
anyway, beside that, this hotel is very fine.
This time my husband went there and live for 2 weeks, he was satisfied too

second floor food is better than lobby .
