Rooms and Location and Service No free wifi, for this caliber of hotel at the pricing there should be free wifi Excellent value for the level of service and standard of rooms. Yes it's a bit pricey but the location and service and comfort is unmatched.
Shopping Tip : Check out Bonifacio High Street as a good alternative to the Greenbelt.

convient for shopping at supermarket the room is not so big as i imaged before
and the air conditioner is nosiy i think the hotel has the perfect location from airport and to downtown,
but the air conditioner is too noisy for us,
check in check out time is speedy ,
it is so easy to go shopping at the shopping mall,
everyone in hotel seems so kindly.
the security for entrance is believable, it let me feel safety
it is also easy to eat at the nearest reasuant to hotel

Service, location, restaurants, Ground floor, the Gym, the Spa I miss a steam room at the Gym The hotel had a great location in the middle of the Makati district. The people in the Ground floor greets you welcome in a very nice way. You can choose between 4 very nice restaurants there. Especially the japanese one is fantastic. The Gym is also very nice. They have a saune there but I would rather have a steamroom if I could choose. The breakfast is really nice and the service is also outstanding.
Restaurant Tip : A very nice thai restaurant only in walking distance from the hotel: Azuthai

One reason I like about Dusit Thani is that it is soooo conveniently located near major malls. It's only 2-minute walk to the SM malls, and Landmark Dept. store and others are also in the building complex!! We had great time shopping around and the staff was nice and friendly too. I guess the neighborhood is safe since I didn't feel dangerous walking around.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is right next to the Ayala Center Makati.

Location, good manner and services of the hotel is the benefit. In house movies has plenty to choose from. dirty carpet in the room and the toilet looks ageing staff of the hotel are extremely helpful and always show good manners to hotel guests. They are well trained. Food at the ground floor cafeteria is good. The music and drinking bar is well position to give a pleasant feeling of the hotel. The carpet in the room was however a little old and tainted. They should be shampoo more regularly to give a refreshing look. Otherwise, guest may think that they are being checked into a 4 star hotel in town of Manila.
Shopping Tip : SM Mall and other shopping centre are just a stone throw away from the hotel and it make the shopping experience more memorable.

Dusit Thani Manila is lcoated at a easy access spot in Makati. It makes your stay very safe and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of all, it enables one to get your shopping and also your official meetings being achieved too Maybe, it is time that the bed linens be changed as they are no longer that white any more. Pillows are also less comfortable and bath tube are a little yellowish too. Dusit Thani Makati is still one of my favourite hotel stay. I will recommend to my friends as it is very convenient to Green Belts, Glorietta, etc.
The hotel has good facilities too. The leg massage parlour is still opened at nine pm at night. Food menu is very delicious and has a good range of stuff.

Nice lobby and full facilities: spa, gym, pool, business center, etc Charged for internet in the business center, spa was a bit expensive for the quality The rooms were spacious and very clean. The lobby is very big and decorative. They have a San Miguel flagship bar which has a great happy hour special: all you can drink for like 3 hours for less than $10USD. Overall, the hotel was fine, but sometimes a bit pricey for added services.
Shopping Tip : Very near most of the malls, which is good for people who like to shop.

- Small Bathroom Dusit Thani I must say is one of the best hotels around Makati. First the location is excellent and the staff is very accommodating. One of the true gems in Manila, seems as though I was in Thailand staying at this hotel. The lighting in the rooms were poor though. There are no ceiling lights. The bathroom was slightly small, but apart from those 2 things the Hotel was impeccable.

Dusit Thani Makati is a hotel whee I stay everytime I visit Manila. i like the location of the hotel and the staff are friendly. Rooms are also resaonably well maitainied.

excellent Japanese restaurant you can find less expensive hotels in Manila, yes...but this hotel is good value This is my fourth stay at this hotel. I would recommend it and I would certainly stay there again whenever visiting Manila. The location is great, right across the street from a major shopping mall. I have stayed in four different rooms and all have been consistently goods.
I found the management extremely helpful and personable. The first time that I stayed there I had a problem with a long wait at the reception. The manager called my room to apologize and was extremely gracious. The third time I stayed at the hotel, I had to change a booking and the manager went out of his way to help. You are greeted at the door of the hotel with smiles and throughout the stay you enjoy this same kind of hospitality from staff. The Japanese restaurant is located on the first floor and is outstanding.
Shopping Tip : Visit the mall across the street. It goes on forever....Actually, there are numerous malls that are attached together. You can find anything there from high end luxury goods to budget shopping to an excellent bookstore to a three story pharmacy.

friendly staff, clean and quiet place This is the second time I've stayed and I really had a wonderful time with my daughter. We love the food and the upgrade to the VIP lounge was all worth it! She was thankful that internet was available in the room with the upgrade. Service was fast and staff were courteous. I had asked for taxi and they were willing to go out of their way and got me a taxi everytime I need one. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room decoration is very good. Staff is available to help guests who are waiting to check-in.
Bathroom looks pretty old, needs an update.
The security checks were a bit concerning being not used to it, but after the first time it was routine. Check-in was swift and staff were helpful with everything and concerning. Shops and restaurants just right outside the hotel were very convenient. Location was good, all destination were not too far away. Heard the the health center was excellent but only tried the pool, which was great to get away from the heat.

Clean, comfortable surroundings. Courteous and respectful staff. The breakfast is a bit overpriced, in spite of the selection. The Dusit was a real bargain via the Agoda booking engine. Prices were comparable to hotels that are nowhere near as impressive. It's clean and they take hotel security very seriously. If you get a chance, book a Club room for a bit extra comfort and style
Shopping Tip : Check out nearby SM shopping mall for just about any basic goods before venturing to the more extensive and more expensive Greenbelt.
