Professional stuff, very kind personal, great food, varity restaurants, fast room service, clean and nice equiped hotel. Descent stuff, great entertaiment. Only complain we got is on service prices. I print 7 documents in business center and pay for it 780 PHP which I found like very to much.
We where staying in this hotel for 5 days with my wife.
Every single person employed in this hotel was very professional, kind and all the time at the service when you need them. Restaurant on the ground floor offers varity of well done food. Hotel is siutated in the heart of the Makati business zone, sourrounded with the shopping mall's and varity of restaurants. Security in the hotel is on highest level. Recommend this hotel to every demand guest as place to be and stay.
Nightlife Tip : Try to go to the Hard rock caffe. Many great bands play there. Every night is offered different program.

We stay at the Dusit almost every time that we visit the Manila area. The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very courteous. The grounds (the small garden is very well done). The lobby area is large with many employees there to greet you with every need. The staff will bow and greet you every time you pass one.There is even an employee stationed at the elevator to make sure you know how to use the key card ad will even push the up button to get the elevator there by the time you get there. The security staff is also excellent. They do not allow small pets. That is the only dislike that I have. I emailed them 2 times before my stay to ask if there was a place to keep our pet. They did not even respond to the email. For anyone interested there is a 24 hour kennel about 2 KM away called Animal House.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a 24 hour pet kennel at 108 Jupiter about 2 km from this hotel called Animal House. They give excellent service and cost only P250 per night.

Close to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Most central to Airport, Pasay, Malate, QC and Taguig. Very clean hotel, great value for you money. (in comparison to Philippines hotels, different comparison to US or other ASIA hotels) One of my lamps did not work, but other than that, no problems. The service is a little inconsistent, but that's from Great service to Good service, I have only once received snobby service, but that's the 1/1000 (I guess). You can get a better hotel in Manila, but not for the price you get on Agoda. I travel 3-4x/year and always do extensive research, Dusit is definately worth my money. (I've been here 4x already) The cabs in front of the hotel are rip-offs (they know how to spot a fool). Just walk out the side door (towards SM) and get in-line. At night, be carefull of the cabs, other than that, I never felt threatened or unsafe.
Shopping Tip : Everything in the mini-bar can be bought at the SM market behind the hotel. If you use an item, just go there to replace it before you check out. Know where you are going before getting in to a cab at night (and a rough idea of how much it costs). Cabbie's get a commission for taking you to a bar or will double to quadruple the normal metered fair. Don't go to a cabbie recommended bar, especially if you are alone.

the safest place in philippines We went to the philippines during the lenten season and everything is close. Cant buy anything outside. But the hotel is amazing, executive lounge is great. Breakfast is fantastic. The most comfortable bed and pillows. I hope to stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : Very close to everything, near is SM mall and nightlife is good and safe

Room size and cleanliness The Dusit Thani hotel is one of about five top class hotels in the Ayala Makati area and I consider it the best value for money, in terms of location and price. I have stayed here several times over the past year and have not had a single bad experience. The hotel is equally good for the business or casual visitor.
Shopping Tip : The Glorietta complex just next to the hotel is definitely worthwhile to visit for shopping or restaurants.

The feeling from the hotel employee’s shows they really care for their guest. This was all the difference in the stay at your hotel. This is a First Class hotel by all means. Everyone’s always willing to help, to suggest, to smile, and to make you feel good about being there. I have already suggest to my friends in 3 other countries the hotel in Manila "DUSIT THANI Hotel" is the one to stay in while you’re in Philippines. I am returning as a customer this month of May 09. If there was a weakness (personal thinking) there was no breakfast package with the rooms at the . Both are separate through registering with Agdoa Rewards. I learned of your hotel in Manila through the internet. I travel alot in Thailand which have many very nice hotels. I love the Thai style which the DUSIT THANI from the first time I enter I was very impressed the decor its look its cleanliness and the friendliness just when you enter into the lobby, everything just got better as my stay became longer. This was done right every customer should be pleased. I will always stay in the DUSIT THANI MANILA I am sold on this hotel in Manila. I will always suggest using this hotel in their stay in Manila. Loved almost everything...the staff was great, professional, courteous. the hotel was exceptionally clean and magnificent and the availability of restaurants within and an enormous selection. Each room should have a digital clock, more TV channels in English, and the thermostat needs updating where the customer can set the temperature and it will self regulate on auto. That way the fan doesn't run nonstop. Loved the hotel...I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You will need to leave Manila for sights. There are many nice restaurants within waling distance of the hotel.

24 hour room service and Dusit club was great. I liked that the housekeepers always more toiletries when needed. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Hotel was beautiful and always clean. Bed was too firm for our taste, which made it hard for us to sleep well. I think they need to provide more towels in room. The hotel allowed food delivery, but they did not allow them to come deliver food directly to your room so you had to come down and get it. Then, every time you brought food from outside, they insist on the food inside another bag which had the hotel name on it before going inside the hotel. I perceived this as snooty gesture. The pool should close a little later. I thought that Dusit Thani Manila Hotel was a great place to stay and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful always. Everything in the room was great, but the bed was very uncomfortable and firm and was difficult to sleep at times. Restaurants had great variety, and I recommend getting the Dusit Club if staying there for a few days. It includes breakfast, drinks and snacks, internet, and other things for two people, which was worth it. We would surely stay here again the next time we come to Manila.
Shopping Tip : Glorietta shopping mall, and several restaurants and also SM grocery store in very close (right in front) to this hotel. Very convenient when you need something right away.

Great pool, friendly staff, fantastic spa!! You can hear the traffic very good when you're at the pool We stayed in the dusit for 2 nights. We arrives early (11.00 hours). Becuase our room wasn't ready we had to wait for 30 minutes. During this we could drink a fanatastic fresh sqeezed fruit juice at the bar.
The room was very clean. Every evening there was a turn down service. The spa is really fantastic. Great massages!! Also the gym is perfect.
Restaurant Tip : Visit the greenbelt for dinner. It's an area not far away from the hotel where you have a various choice of many fine restaurants.
