Hotel was very accomodating to all my needs. The ambiance is very soothing with the Thai music playing in the lobby. I especially like the oil scents they use when we exit the elevator. This has been my fourth stay here and I intend to stay again when i visit the Philippines.

Lovely hotel & service with a smile
7.7
We had a lovely time even if it's just an overnight stay. The king-size bed and sheets were really very comfortable you wouldn't want to get out of bed. Our room was situated overlooking the swimming pool, which was very inviting. The hotel is walking distance to 4 malls interconnected to each other. Breakfast

Great location and food
Location, room size, food
7.7
Dusit is now showing exceptional signs of old age! Wall papers are peeling off in rooms, there is dampness in rooms, odour etc.
It urgently needs a full upgrade. THough the food and staff is top notch.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great malls and restaurants just across the road.

this hotel is downtown right through all the interesting places. the services are good, staff up to the level of a 5 star hotel. there is a buffet on the first floor with a lot of food a bit of everything for every body. the price is affordable, at least more affordable than any other dusit in other places of the world and it comprises wifi and breakfast.

Great lobby, facilities, service; rooms ok
Location near malls in Makati, restaurants, lobby
9.3
Dusit Thani, formerly the Nikko, is a bit of a "historical" property in Makati, but while it does show its age in some areas (especially the rooms and fixtures), it is still a nice and classy place to stay. No argument that it is in one of the best locations in Makati, though right now the construction on the new Glorietta Mall has an impact on the neighborhood aesthetics. Rates can swing quite a bit on Agoda, there are good deals at times, but the standard rates are comparable to other 5-star hotels in the area. It is a bit odd to have Filipino employees pretending to be Thai, but service is good, pleasant, and professional. The Thai restaurant on the Mezzanine is good, but if you like an authentic level of spiciness, you need to make it really clear--just ordering "very spicy" gets you what I would call "a notch above bland."
