A good price for the area, close to Greenbelt and other major shopping areas. Good access to the airport. No refrigerator in room, 100 peso per day extra if required. Not many taxi drivers know where it is. The rooms allocated to Agoda at discount rate were small and gloomy, I upgraded to a better room for an extra 800 peso per night. I would stay here again, the price is reasonable and apart from breakfast I ate elsewhere. Wireless internet access at 500 peso 6 hours is a bit pricey

Comfortable and very friendly staff. Convienently located a short walk away from the malls. air conditioners were a bit noisy, but not really an issue. My son and I had a very pleasant stay at the El Cielito Inn Hotel. This was his first trip to Manila and the location of the hotel made it very convenient for trips to Greenbelt and the surrounding malls. Also we did not have to spend too long in traffic getting there from the airport. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay there all the more enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip in.

Location is close to Glorietta Mall, within a 10-15mins walk.The staff are friendly and helpful. Affordable hotel for a place in Makati CBD. The very low price may be right because the hotel shows that it's aging and in need of a good facelift. Hotel needs to spend on renovation and facilities to stay competitive and in-touch with foreign travellers tastes. Felt welcomed by reception staff whilst checking- in. The reception staff and bellhop who attended to me were courteous and professional. Standard value for money, commensurate with the aging building, furniture etc. Great location for Filipino and Japanese restaurant dining, just outside of the hotel on the same side of the street.

Convenient in terms of the transportation. Close to MRT station. No refrigerator. The room is not new. The staff are nice, but the facility is not that good. You can find better place with similar price.

Tiny rooms, crap location in city. Front desk staff was awesome, but that's where it stopped. Rooms were tiny, like a college dorm room. Honestly the smallest place I have ever stayed in. Not really anything worthwhile nearby in this part of town. There's a shopping mall (Makati Square) within walking distance, but it is more of a swap meet or yard sale. If you need to buy a cellphone battery or some plastic flamingos for your yard then that's where you should go.

Close to glorietta malls. You can walk to the glorietta and greenbelt malls. With a lot of restaurants and stores to choose from. The hotel fills a lit bit worn down the rooms are pritty small. the staff is helpfull. and the room service works fine. The tv in the room is very small. it is cheap but it is not modern. the room smells of massage oil.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The corridor between thr rooms need to better lighted up. The standard room is rather tight. The comfort of guest can be increased with little or no cost by supplying a daily supply of a flask of hot water. The hotel is a small size establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a budget hotel mainly for people who will like to do shopping since the shopping malls are within walking distance from the hotel. However, if you are interested to do some sight-seeing using conducted tours, the hotel is lacking in information, even on half day city tours. If you are interested in relaxing in a room, it is OK.

Good location, affordable for Makati, nice staff. Rooms and furntiure are a little old. This was my second stay at El Cielito and the reason that I returned was that it is situated in a very good location and is a good budget hotel for Makati. The walk to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta takes only 5-10 minutes. The room I had was fine, the furniture is a little older but this is common in these types of hotels in Manila. The staff was friendly throughout my stay. The bathroom was clean but like a lot of places in the Philippines, the shower has very little water pressure. I would stay here again.
