A place to stay right in the city

Take care of returning clients of the hotel. Ask if they are checking in back again especially if they are foreigners. I experienced that when were back to check in again we were told that there was no room available even I told the staff on the desk that we check in again on said date. She told me that she was not the one who was informed about our coming back. Pls. Improve on this area.nthank you.

OK but hair dryer not working & power point .
good staff, near shopping center and transport

the mattress is hard; the shade of the bed lamp is held together with sticky tape; the wall paper is peeling off; bathroom floor is always wet because of leakage from the sink. Would have been good had these things mentioned been attended to before the guest/guests occupied the room. Couple of coachroaches crawling on the buffet table.
