Eurotel Pedro Gil Hotel

first, we have stayed last year, same date at eurotel but last time was way better. we just walked -in last time, and since we booked the rooms ahead this time, we were expecting our rooms be beside or opposite each other. our room, eurosuite2 was at 6th floor and my mom's at 5th. too inconvenient for we have some things to share. our studio type room was upgraded to a standard room, but didn't compensate the inconvenience we had.
2nd, we had breakfast at around 9am and the buffet was almost empty and we had to wait for 10-15 mins to refill.
third, the eurosuite2 were advertized to give a massage for free for two, and we were so disappointed that it wasn't available on the 1st of jan., i thought hotels are a 24hour service. lastly, they posted on all rooms the manager's number if we have any complains while inside the hotel, and we didnot get any reply. next time we will think more than twice before checking in to any of their branches. thanks for time!

Great location but unpleasant stay!

Location is great, being very closed to robinsons ermita, just across, fronting the building! Other areas in the city are also very accessible though the traffic downstairs, the moment you stepped out of the hotel is horrible.
I arranged to booked early almost a month. When I came over I was surprised that the suite room I booked was not available and I have to be transferred to another room with a promise that they will have to transfer me once the room will be available the next day. To my dismay, they didn't care. So I demanded that I be transferred according to my booking!
Things were not good as I have to fight to enable this to happen! Finally I was relocated to the room I wanted, and another problem follows. The aircon in the room is defective. I complained to the front desk, and was told they will going to send somebody to check. I was busy and was out most of the day with the whole family only to return in the night that still the aircon was never fixed.
Their breakfast were a total disorganized, as I have to keep asking to refill the milk. Sometimes no rice, eggs or juices. There were very less hotel staffs to assist in the dining. Where is everybody? No glass? cofee is empty? hey wake up? they dont seem to care at all!
Travel tip:
Do not stay at this hotel!

Hotel is located in a good location. The problems are: small spaces, very tight parking garage, linens, towels, pillowcases were not really clean or wash.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to Luneta National Park, grandstand, Fort Santiago. Taxis are easy to get, most scenic places are walking distance.
