Excutive Plaza Worth the stay
Very friendly staff, safe and secure hotel

Have stayed there several times and is very much a good value. Very good location always ask for a metered taxi. some beggers hang out at 7/11 next door but just ignore them safe and secure money exchange (nikko) justca half a block away.Good resturants and shooping mall all with in walking distance and casino across the street. Will Stay there again on my next visit.
Restaurant Tip:
good family resturants and mom and pop places near by watch for addded tips to bills. Did not eat at hotel resturant very good varity near by

Great Location and Good Value for Money

The hotel is greatly located and it is easy to move around the city for visit or simply for shopping. The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is clean. I like the availability of newspapers in the morning. I had stayed there for four times and each time they gave me a room without a view. I think they should have a list for frequent guests of their hotel and they should do a little upgrade or give a better room to make the guests feel a little special each time guests come back.
Travel tip:
As in any big hotel in the world, be sure to keep your valuable in the hotel's safe. As in any big city, be aware of your surrounding and be careful when going out at nights particularly.

What good is free WiFi internet if it doesn't work? Well that's how it was here, slow, dropped connections or the connection was so slow that pages wouldn't even load after minutes. If you've got work to do while there I'd skip this.
Also, they list in the in-room book that they charge a 500 Baht joiner fee but I wasn't charge anything. I didn't ask what the actually policy was.
The rest of the hotel was nice, the staff was great, the food was good, clean quiet, safe

Good value hotel

This hotel is one of the best budget hotels in the Ma;ate area of Manila. The staff were polite and the hotel was modern and clean.

The car from airport to hotel is comfortable. The drivers are polite and nice. The staff who took the luggage to room is helpful. The staff at counter and restaurant are nice. Two morning calls to us for breakfast are given although no request before. The breakfast is oily and not good. The room is clean and tidy but some noise from ducts in toilet. Noise from outside at morning as the noise guarding is not good enough.

I have stayed at Executive Plaza Hotel a few times now and it has become my preferred choice in the mid price range in the Ermita Malate area. The staff are friendly and their appears to be good security with door men around 24/7. I would skip the hotel breakfast which like so many of the standard breakfasts at these types of hotels starts with horrible coffee and doesn't get any better from there. The good news is Starbucks and other coffee shops are two blocks away at Robinsons Mall.
Restaurant Tip:
For a treat or maybe on your last day go to the Hyatt next door and have their brunch for 1000 pesos. It's excellent.

a good place to stay

this is not our first time to stay at this hotel. we prefer it over other we stayed at in manila. the staff are always helpful with great service the rooms are very clean and well matained. the food is good and the servings are large enough for two. it's in walking distance of most things we like to do.
Shopping Tip:
robinsons mall is in walking distance about 1 1/2 blocks

They have good rates and location. And the rooms were decent but the front desk receptionest were very confused and ineffecient. What ever you do don't eat the food in the restaurant it was terriable and they have about 7 waiters standing around doing nothing. Needs a new management team.

Staying at Executive Plaza Hotel, Manila
Clean and I feel safe in Mabini St., Ermita, Manila which, I feel, is much dangerous than Bangkok and Tokyo.
