Good location, nice size rooms
Room size, location, Price
The hotel offers decent value for Manila. The rooms are a little dark, but are good size. Service is top notch and security does there job well. Its not located in the best area, lots of beggars, etc. But close to bars and Robinson Place mall which has a variety of eating places.

Very Average Hotel
Location was ok, short walk to a variety of restaurants. Housekeeping provides quick and efficient service.
There is nothing special about this hotel, but nothing bad either. For the price, you get a decent room with adequate space. Cable, bathroom and everything in the room works fine. The hotel staff is not speedy, but not too slow either. I will say the housekeeping and bellhop service is definitely above par. Security could be improved just a little. As soon as you walk outside, you will be rushed by 4 or 5 street kids asking for money. The food in the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not at all tasty. The juice drinks were more water than juice. I would not eat very again.

good location but don't expect too much
location, price
Location Excellent location for the area and nightlife Arrival Very friendly and fast check in with good attention Room Spacious, quite clean but it feels old. Very regrettable is that the AC is just opposite the bed and on the same level as you sleep making lot's of noise and being most irregular. That makes sleeping difficult as the temperature is not constant and the noise is on/off but also gives the feel to be "windy". Departure Very bad! Cashiers were absolutely not friendly and it took almost 30 minutes waiting as the housekeeping would not respond to check the room and cashier would not proceed with the check out unless the OK from HK is given.

Great Location
Location near Shopping Mall
enjoyed our stay at this hotel since it was close to the robinson's manila shopping mall with all kinds of stores, restaurants and cinemas. we walked about 10 minutes to the pedro gil train stop (lrt) to get to anywhere in metro manila. area is quite safe because of many people around you but of course, we need to be alert at all times. hotel bedroom was quite big and clean with fairly new floor tiles. comfort room was clean, too. we requested for non-smoking floor and was given a room on the 7th floor. i guess there were 3 floors for non-smokers. breakfast set was filling with a choice of american, continental or filipino meal.

Good Value for the Money
Clean and comfortable, staff was helpful
The Executive Plaza is a good choice if you're on a budget. It's loxcation in 6the cenbtral Ermita District is good and bad. It's convenient to Robinson's mall, Roxas Blvd, and the US Embassy, but it's also surrounded by the red light district. Though security inside the hotel is good,
