Decent hotel. Manage to get early check in and accomodative of my requests. Location also right in central part of city. Suitable for people looking for nightlife and entertainment due to proximity to nightspots such as spa, bars, pubs etc. But can be annoying for business traveler who is not looking for entertainment and safety in this area is a concern. Better to stay in ortigas area where it is safer

The room is very dark which what I like....
Towels were very old, no wash cloth. No complimentary shampoos and conditioner.
I like the location, it's just a walking distant from the Robinson's Plaza, where Starbucks is located and opens at 7 AM, since I'm addicted to Satrbucks Coffee so it's very convenient for me.
The internet in the hotel is very expensive it's 240 pesos per hour. If you decide to stay in this place and need internet there's internet cafe across Robinson's Plaza that opens 24 hrs. I ate breakfast in there restaurant I ordered Filipino breakfast which consist of two fried egg, tocino and a garlic fried rice but my Tocino was cold, and I like hot breakfast and also NO DECAF COFFEE. Going back to the philippines soon but not in a hurry to come back in this place. Diamond and Hyatt Hotel are in each corner....
Restaurant Tip : A lot of restaurants inside Robinson's Plaza which is just a walking distant.........from the hotel

Located near Robinsons Shopping Mall.
Resturants near by.
Easy to get to from airport 45 mins.
Large rooms, clean and tidy and good bathroom.
Only two elevators and some times very slow if hotel staff use them.
Key cards for the doors work some times or notat all.
Can be a bit noisy from road traffic on the lower floors.
Internet charges are high, take your laptop to "MoMo's with free WiFi on the corner of Robinsons and have a coffee.
A good bugdet hotel for the traveller, single or as a couple.
I have stayed 6 time and find this hotel one of the best in the area for the price.
Only 45 mins from the airport. Hotel staff are polite and will do anything to help.
Robinsons Shopping Mall is 150 meters from the hotel with good quality shops and resturants.
Restaurant/Coffee shop not on it's menu.
Shopping Tip : Robinsons Shopping Mall 150 meters away.
SM Shopping Mall (Largest in Philippines) is a taxi ride for 200 pesos withe over 1000 shops.

Room is spacious and clean.
Bell boy did not assist with bags and internet is not free.
The hotel is in an area close to shopping center, Baywalk, and Hyatt Casino. It is quite reasonable for the quality of the room. The staff could use a little more training on customer service, but other than that, it was a nice stay - I would do it again.
Shopping Tip : 7-Eleven is right next door to the hotel making it convenient to buy toiletries, bottled water or other items without paying "hotel" prices.

This is a nice enough hotel, clean, honest and good value. But due to its location near Roxas and the nightlife areas there are beggars and street urchins everywhere once you leave the lobby. Not threatening even late at night, just constantly there. Not for the faint hearted.

Housekeeping provided a comfortable stay by maintaining my room and providing a clean atmosphere.
Greeting and Farewell at the front desk was non- existent. Overall a "dingy hotel" with worn out furniture and linens, but you get what you pay for. I selected this hotel for a economy rate, But overall it was a good experience.
I work for the USA hotel industry and I consider this a very economy level hotel. Worn down with many upgrades necessary, but I felt safe and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room and providing a sanitary atmosphere, the area surrounding the hotel could be considered very cautious due to all of the night life and bars around, so please be aware of your surroundings. Overall a good experience...

Can walk to Robinson Shopping Mall in 5 mins, in 15 mins to Roxas Boulevard where you can see Manila Bay, room spacious, TV has 100 channels
Noise problems from air-con, and from rows of exhaust exits of Hyatt Hotel right opposite to this hotel
Strangely, location of air-con is at level same as bed and is only about 1 metre afar. So not only wind blows directly to my body, but also I can hear the significant noise from it whole night through. I then switched it off but unexpectedly could still got a constant noise coming from outside (all my windows had kept closed). Next day, I realised that my room is just facing the row of exhaust exits of Hyatt Hotel on the opposite side of the road. I believe that's the explanation. I was sleepless for the first night and so immediately changed the room from 7/F to 14/F then which is much better.
Without such noise problem, this hotel is quite good. Location is the best thing, in walking distance to Robinson shopping mall, Roxas Boulevard. It's a short ride by taxi to SM Mall, Coconut Palace, Santiago Fort and other heat spots in Manila as well.
Restaurant Tip : Some say Aristonaut Restaurant on Roxas Boulevard which is 20 mins walk from hotel is good. I say it's so so. I would rather suggest the restaurant on ground floor of Robinson Shopping Mall which provide Philippine cuisine (sorry, I forgot the name but there is only 1 such restaurant there where you can sit down and enjoy slowly). The food there is cheap.

I really appreciated this hotel.

better than staying on the street or sleazy motel
Hotel rundown on american standard of accomodation. you could stay in best western and get a worldwide american standard lodging. Do not take this hotel if you like an american standard accomodation.
The hotel was very lacking in american standard. Bed ok, room smells of sleazy perfume, furnitures pretty old, stingy on towels, toilet paper and internet don't work well yet overprice for philippines. you could try best western astor makati and you will get basic american standard amenities for such hotel. If you have the budget, holiday inn galeria will be your u.s. standard accomodation. Bottomline, executive plaza should be your "i don't wanna sleep on the street" last minute accomodation. The neighborhood so rrounding the hotel is also creepy, unsafe to foreigners, so many street hagglers wanting or offering all sorts of seedy transactions. Beware.
Restaurant Tip : Close to hyatt, you can have a nice, clean restaurant to relax and enjoy food.

Clean room, basic but adequate for a short stay.
Noisy corridors, dreary aspect from windows
I arrived during heavy rain and found the hotel located in a cramped and busy area surrounded by high buildings. Once inside things improved, the reception staff were competent and my room was OK. The Hotel was busy . . . It's amazing how noisy some guests can be though! Not a nice experience. I did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Overall I was glad to move on from the Hotel and doubt I will return any time soon. However, as a one night's stay The EP is a reasonable place to stay.
Nightlife Tip : Plenty of nightlife just down the street. Though I have heard warnings, the area appeared to be quite safe and people were friendly.

Good location, central location
I realize that some things are priced high and are for your convenience. But when you offer wireless internet, which is a must to some, at a price that is almost $6 an hour and if you buy more than an hour the price becomes reasonable but then expires in an untimely manner. ALL the hotels in this collection are all the same, Palm Plaza, Executive Plaza, Las Palmas, they are all the same, over priced needs and overpriced Everything. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. You are better off going to the Hyatt and getting the free amenities it offers, better for your money!

Room are large, clean and tidy.

150 meters from Robinsons Shopping Mall.
Elevators very slow at check in and out times.
Hotel services use the elevators making them slow.
Key card do not work at times in the room doors.
Can be a bit noisy at time with traffic depending what floor you are on and the direction it is facing.
Internet charge is a rip off at 240 pesos an hour.
Middle of the road hotel, one of the cheeper hotels which is quite good.
Rooms are large, clean and tidy.
Only 150 meters from Robinson Shopping Mall.
A few resturants in the area all in walking distance.
Not too far from the American Embassy if you have to go there.
Hyatt hotel with cassino is oppsite the Executive Plaza hotel.
Want free internet, take a walk of 100 meters to Robinson Shopping Mall, on the corner is Mo Mo's
