Staff generally polite except for the front desk staffs. Their WIFI access is probably the most expensive anywhere at 240pesos per hour and validity period of only 24hrs.

Excellent choice for the Ermita area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Many programs on the TV for all interests. Staff was friendly and accomadating. Excellent value for you money.

The location of the hotel is awesome with the casino just few meters accross the street. Close to everything, 7-eleven and Robison shopping centre is just a short stroll away. The price was ok but the room was rather dark with window being permenantly closed for the AC to hung up. The front desk staff are not knowledgable and not very helpful when asked. One simple question regarding the location of the domestic Clark airport and they had to ask several others and the answers were different from one another. Hotel charges 240 pesos for 1hr internet usage so better go to Starbuck at Robison shopping centre which is just 5 min walk away.

Executive "Report"
Since I am coming regularly in this Hotel everytime I am at "Home", the Personnel are quite aware alray of their reular guests. It's nice to "Come home" have the feeling to be "at Home". The Housekeeping personnel are very helpful and of course the oom service team too.

It is nice to be back at a familiar place, especially if the people who are working there are already aware of their regular guests and trying to give their best to make their guests feel comfortable and easy and maybe worth to return to. Reception, Housekeeping and Room service go on with it, keep up the good work.

The first 2 nights we stayed, we were quite happy with the size of the room although the beds were very small and cheap. the last night we stayed, we booked non-smoking room 5 days ahead, they obviously didn't reserve for us. they wanted us to wait for 1 hour for the room. after 1 hour. they told us the room still hasn't ready and couldn't give the exact time when we can check in our room. We had to take the smoking room, then there was leaking pblm in the bathroom after we settled in. their engineer came to fix the pblm. after they left, the bathroom was left all dirty and spotty, there were even a couple of rusty nails in the shower room. Such a slobby work!! I would take a look at other option if I go back.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel is near the Robinson Mall. there are plenty of restaurants inside of the mall. very convienient.

I am not new to the Philippines, so little surprises me. When I checked in I specifically asked for a room in higher floors and with a view. I was given 1206. Such a room had a wall directly to the left half of the opaque window and a view of the evaluator shaft housing from the right half . In addition, my voucher clearly said breakfast was included. Still, the restaurant and front desk could not get it together. I was harassed with several calls by the restaurant demanding money for our breakfast. It took the manager on duty to correct their error. Restaurant were simply too lazy to walk across the lobby to the front desk to verify. Finally, the food is not fresh, we ordered club sandwiches, the meat was rancid..could not eat any of it. Suggest the hotel spends some time training its staff in courtesies and appreciation for the guess who it is that's paying their salaries. The experience here was the worst, I checked out after one night and would never stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
Robinsons Plaza is near by walking distance, there is a great supermarket on the ground floor with good baked/grilled meats. Check it out.

Room is big but not too clean. The whole room is rather dark especially for bathroom. Air-conditioner is noisy and disturb your sleep in the mid-night.
Walking distance to large shopping malls and convenience stores as well as MRT. However, disco and night clubs next to your hotel as well.
Reasonable price for budgeted tourists.

The Hotel is making its improvements.
It's located in the heart of Manila,not so far from the Interntional Airport, Shopping Malls, night life and the Boulevard

It is the place worth to stay. I always come because I feel like at home already. The Personelle recognizes me and do their best to give me a comfortable stay. It is in the heart of Manila and the transportation is absolutely great. They just can give more effort in the Restaurant, specially the Service. A breakfast buffet would be a good idea, specially for the Hotel guest.
Travel tip:
Robinsons Galeria is just walking distance away. A lot of nice and good Restaurant nearby, even Casino. In the evening a nice chain of Open Air Restaurant (sometimes with live band) near the bay ist just few steps away.

Not bad but nothing great
Nice location in old downtown Manila. Front of HYATT hotel easy to go to casino in HYATT. very busy shopping area. Bars restaurant is walking distance.

Location is great. Easy to access to bars, restaurant, and shopping. Feel like old downtown Manila and you feel you are in Philippines. Nest to the HYATT hotel. easy to go to casino in HYATT any time. Taxi is front of hotel all the time. No need to book taxi to go to the airport in advance. Room is clean. Very small window. You don't see outside. Reception is a bit too relax. wifi is available with wifi card 450php/6 hrs.
