Spacey rooms
Great location
Slow staff (took an hour to check out)
Weak menu in the restaurant
Noisy aircon
Great value for the money. Nothing special about the hotel but more "classy" than I first expected. Spacey rooms and great location close to the casino and malate/adriatico nightlife. Don't expect an easy check out. Took me one hour to check out the first time I stayed there. The staff are polite but the smiles are not present. I will come back though

good size room, clean, effecient staff
expensive wifi, too many ladyboys, touts and beggars in surrounding streets
due to the discount offered by agoda (around45%) the room was excellent value for money. enjoyed my stay there, would be great if hotels here offered free wifi.
Nightlife Tip : plenty of bars and clubs not too far away

low price, good location across from casino, very busy area with lots in walking distance.
older place, hard bed but nice bathroom. a little bit noisy but not a problem for me but girlfriend had a little trouble sleeping.
good location, near the center of town although taxi drivers had trouble finding it - so i just told them "next to casino" and they got it. avoid non-metered taxis and "hotel cars" - they will charge you 5 times more than a normal taxi. also bike can be a fun way to get around - but a lot of beggars in the area so move quickly.
Restaurant Tip : across the street up stairs one level is a fantasic japanese place next to karoke bar, went there 3 times. Also see "mall of asia" - largest mall in asia - amazing selection of food and stuff.

Good size rooms with deceant bathrooms.
Clean and tidy rooms and well serviced.
Short taxi rise to SM Mall.
Very high cost for WiFi internet for this type of hotel.

Can be very noisy on the lower floors with traffic noise.
A good budget hotel in a good location.
Walking distance to Robinsons shopping Mall.
Short taxi ride to SM shopping Mall.
45 mins to the airport, make sure you use a metered taxi if you can find one.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Internet charges are high for this type of hotel and should be free for guests.

Very clean, quiet, easy access to public transport and shops/malls
All my requests prior to my check in were granted. Much appreciated was the quick and easy check in. I even paid my deposit in cash half of the usual deposit. Check in personnel were very nice, served with a smile and considerate. The hotel is located at the heart of Malate, easy access to shops, malls and public transports. To those who loves casinos, a PAGCOR casino is just accross the hotel's entrance. Safety and security is palpable, safety boxes are available in the hotel's reception desk. Luggage storage was free. Very affordable nightly rates, deluxe room is quite big for the nightly rates compared to other hotels I've stayed in Malate area. Wi-fi internet is available for a cheap fee. Each room has its own AC box. They have their own small restaurant too, menu is not that exceptional though. In summary, on my next trip to Manila, I will definitely stay in this hotel again and would most likely recommend this to my family and friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Big Shopping Mall is just one block from this hotel. PAGCOR casino is just accross from the hotel's entrance.

Great Price, Great Service, Clean, Lots of Space,
Better food, better card readers on doors, internet to expensive, Laundry expensive.
I like the Executive Plaza. It was affordable and it has large rooms. The contmer service was excellent. The Hotel is in walking distance of the Mall and other places in the city. I hated the fact that some of the food did not taste good and they do not give you enough. I gues i see why now. Would i stay there again yes i will. I will just eat out.
Shopping Tip : 5 minutes from the mall

Good location for the nightlife of Manila.
Only 2 elevators and they are constantly being used by the staff to hop between floors, so you will go mad wiaiting for one in the lobby.
I had prebooked this for the start/ finish of my trip. Had I known what it was like I would not have returned. The location is littered with beggars/ street kids and you simply are accosted every time you walk out the front door. In the end I had just about enough and checked out and moved to another location.

close to many party places in manila and many things to do like the malls and zoo is not far away too. and was not to load even with all that was going around outside.
if you are with family may not be the best place for kids.
i found it to be a clean place and have nice people at the hotel. with a great staff and cafe. sometimes taxi's were hard to get but had the staff to help get one that was nice too. and it was not to bad to talk around to place that were close and there was many things close to see too. if you do get a taxi make sure it is a metered one that is legal so you do not get taken for a ride. but that is manila as some say.
Nightlife Tip : great night life around and fun if you are looking

Decent hotel. Manage to get early check in and accomodative of my requests. Location also right in central part of city. Suitable for people looking for nightlife and entertainment due to proximity to nightspots such as spa, bars, pubs etc. But can be annoying for business traveler who is not looking for entertainment and safety in this area is a concern. Better to stay in ortigas area where it is safer

The room is very dark which what I like....
Towels were very old, no wash cloth. No complimentary shampoos and conditioner.
I like the location, it's just a walking distant from the Robinson's Plaza, where Starbucks is located and opens at 7 AM, since I'm addicted to Satrbucks Coffee so it's very convenient for me.
The internet in the hotel is very expensive it's 240 pesos per hour. If you decide to stay in this place and need internet there's internet cafe across Robinson's Plaza that opens 24 hrs. I ate breakfast in there restaurant I ordered Filipino breakfast which consist of two fried egg, tocino and a garlic fried rice but my Tocino was cold, and I like hot breakfast and also NO DECAF COFFEE. Going back to the philippines soon but not in a hurry to come back in this place. Diamond and Hyatt Hotel are in each corner....
Restaurant Tip : A lot of restaurants inside Robinson's Plaza which is just a walking distant.........from the hotel

Located near Robinsons Shopping Mall.
Resturants near by.
Easy to get to from airport 45 mins.
Large rooms, clean and tidy and good bathroom.
Only two elevators and some times very slow if hotel staff use them.
Key cards for the doors work some times or notat all.
Can be a bit noisy from road traffic on the lower floors.
Internet charges are high, take your laptop to "MoMo's with free WiFi on the corner of Robinsons and have a coffee.
A good bugdet hotel for the traveller, single or as a couple.
I have stayed 6 time and find this hotel one of the best in the area for the price.
Only 45 mins from the airport. Hotel staff are polite and will do anything to help.
Robinsons Shopping Mall is 150 meters from the hotel with good quality shops and resturants.
Restaurant/Coffee shop not on it's menu.
Shopping Tip : Robinsons Shopping Mall 150 meters away.
SM Shopping Mall (Largest in Philippines) is a taxi ride for 200 pesos withe over 1000 shops.

Room is spacious and clean.
Bell boy did not assist with bags and internet is not free.
The hotel is in an area close to shopping center, Baywalk, and Hyatt Casino. It is quite reasonable for the quality of the room. The staff could use a little more training on customer service, but other than that, it was a nice stay - I would do it again.
Shopping Tip : 7-Eleven is right next door to the hotel making it convenient to buy toiletries, bottled water or other items without paying "hotel" prices.

Housekeeping provided a comfortable stay by maintaining my room and providing a clean atmosphere.
Greeting and Farewell at the front desk was non- existent. Overall a "dingy hotel" with worn out furniture and linens, but you get what you pay for. I selected this hotel for a economy rate, But overall it was a good experience.
I work for the USA hotel industry and I consider this a very economy level hotel. Worn down with many upgrades necessary, but I felt safe and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room and providing a sanitary atmosphere, the area surrounding the hotel could be considered very cautious due to all of the night life and bars around, so please be aware of your surroundings. Overall a good experience...
Nightlife Tip : Have fun!!! this is Manila

Can walk to Robinson Shopping Mall in 5 mins, in 15 mins to Roxas Boulevard where you can see Manila Bay, room spacious, TV has 100 channels
Noise problems from air-con, and from rows of exhaust exits of Hyatt Hotel right opposite to this hotel
Strangely, location of air-con is at level same as bed and is only about 1 metre afar. So not only wind blows directly to my body, but also I can hear the significant noise from it whole night through. I then switched it off but unexpectedly could still got a constant noise coming from outside (all my windows had kept closed). Next day, I realised that my room is just facing the row of exhaust exits of Hyatt Hotel on the opposite side of the road. I believe that's the explanation. I was sleepless for the first night and so immediately changed the room from 7/F to 14/F then which is much better.
Without such noise problem, this hotel is quite good. Location is the best thing, in walking distance to Robinson shopping mall, Roxas Boulevard. It's a short ride by taxi to SM Mall, Coconut Palace, Santiago Fort and other heat spots in Manila as well.
Restaurant Tip : Some say Aristonaut Restaurant on Roxas Boulevard which is 20 mins walk from hotel is good. I say it's so so. I would rather suggest the restaurant on ground floor of Robinson Shopping Mall which provide Philippine cuisine (sorry, I forgot the name but there is only 1 such restaurant there where you can sit down and enjoy slowly). The food there is cheap.
