Not the best location to stay with little to do around the place. Hotel is very new and they seem to be working out the kinks. The elevators take at least two days to figure out. It was not what I was expecting and I would not stay there again.

Overall hotel is very new and beautifully adorned. The room is embellished with unique design concept. The hotel is located at a relatively new street. It is near open concept shopping premises & restaurant. YOu can walk throught there to market market(Big building shopping mall).

We arrived early than the check-in time and they let us in and waive the early check-in cost. For us, this is very convenience because we need our rest as we've been sitting in the bus for almost eight hours and we really want to have a nice rest and sleep properly. The hotel personnel are very accommodating very helpful. My stay at the best western premier was really fantastic and the food are superb. I would definitely
Recommend to my friends and family when they visit Philippines to stay at this hotel.

Noisy Cheap Hotel with great business location

well, the adjacent construction just went on till 4am. The manager said they send someone to tell the site to stop in the nighttime. But i think there are better ways to stop the construction. typical, they dont try hard enough.
furniture was scratched for a new hotel.
expensive. suggest for same price Dusit Manila.
Would pass on this hotel except for the great location. if on holiday, go to other hotels that offer bigger rooms same price.

I stayed here for six nights in total for vacation. The hotel is in a really good are being based in The Fort which is a really modern, up and coming part of Taguig City. It's just a short taxi to Makati City and airport access if within easy reach. There are many restaurants in the area and really good shopping with many brand name outlets and basically something for all budgets. There is ample nightlife in the area and boasts some of the best night clubs in Manila if that's your thing. A lot of multinational companies operate from this location so there are many business travelers at this hotel. The facilities are great here, and everything is clean. My only negative comment is that the room service food menu was lacking considerably with very few options compared to other hotels, and it can be a bit noisy as there is alot of construction going on nearby, but it doesn't prevent you from sleeping.
Nightlife Tip:
7th High is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel and is one of the best rated night clubs in Manila.

The buffet breakfast was great and I didn't expected such a good variety for Best Western Hotel.
It is currently the only hotel in Fort BoniFacio so there isn't any choice. But this hotel is great. I will come back to stay for my next visit.
For food, just walk over to High Street for great food and variety. There's really lotsa food and different cuisine from Italian to Japanese and even Chinese food from Crystal Jade.

Low quality with terrible service

I booked a room, checked in at the desk with an unfriendly attendant. She took a very long time to give me the key of my room.
When i entered in the room, it was occupied. I had to go back to check in (only 2 elevator for 20 floors, which gives at least a 10 mins traveling time to catch elevator).
I was given a new key after a long wait.
I went again to the room.
It was the wrong room: twin beds, when i ordered a king size bed.
I went down again, and finaly was given an appropriate room that they call suite. decoration and quality of the bathroom are way bellow standards. Aircon hits directly the head on the bed. small shower...
finaly i got a call from the duty manager who offered to me to give me a take out breakfast for my early check out. The promised packed breakfast never came!!!
a lot to improve in terms of service, quality, reliability.
