If you are a business traveller i would recommend that you take the room just next to the lift walkway as the wifi internet connection is not strong.
They do provide LAN cable in the room.

They should clean the windows, in & out.
Room size, free internet, modern facilities, good food, reasonable price tag. Good security.

It is a new building and the hotel started its operations in 2012. Therefore, I would expect that the building would be thoroughly cleaned inside, including the windows. But there is still some dirt/dust from the construction inside the building.

We only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it looks very impressive. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We were upgraded to a suite that was big and comfortable. Only downsides; the night staff were unfamiliar with the area. They were unable to tell me now to get to an all night restaurant called Dell's only a block away. Also, this area is all new. There aren't a great diversity of places to go within walking distance other than the upscale High Street area. It's mainly a business area. There are many young workers around at all hours of the day and night. You can feel the energy!
