WiFi only accessible outside of the room. Parking is not guaranteed but they find a way. There was a man cleaning the glass exterior of the hotel overlooking into the shower room. Not so flawlessly designed then!!! Food servings are small, restaurant staff not so friendly.

Couples Philippines, March 10, 2013	Quite nice, basic facilities Free access to Internet in the room, fast food restaurants nearby, speedy check-in. 6 This was our first stay at Fersal Malakas; we have stayed at Fersal Kalayaan repeatedly. I was happy that checking in was not a problem. We have usually had to wait for some time, with lots of questions, at Fersal Kalayaan. Our room was very small, but clean. The bathroom was also small, but acceptable. Internet is readily available. Breakfast is the same in any Fersal Hotel, I suppose. I wish they would put in new alternatives. The airconditioning was not cool enough. Someone came in to fix it. We left it on when we went to dinner the next day, it was off when we got back. We did not put out the 'Clean the Room' sign--when we returned, the room had been cleaned.
