the hotel is good for the price we pay, service is also good but the location is very bad, taxi drivers are not familiar about the place, address they have given are confusing. but infairness breakfast is satisfying as well as the services they are offering, just one thing hope they have more lights in the room.

The place is near commercial areas and shopping malls so you can just take a taxi to go to the nearby establishments. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

Very affordable hotel perfect if u consider the price and a good location not far from Manila center service was good and wifi worked perfectly room was clean the bathroom was very small but really ok for a short stay

the location of the hotel is very convenient if you have business in ust or would have to purchase medical items as we did. food was generally good with satisfactory service from staff. security guard was very helpful. i appreciated very much the changing of towels daily.

No-Frills Hotel in Sampaloc, Manila
location near university belt

hotel location is near the University Belt so ideal place for us; breakfast was filling with choices of Filipino, American or Continental breakfast - it came with the Agoda room rate. Room was small (barely enough for two people) and the comfort room was even smaller (reminds me of European inns).
Shopping Tip:
closest shopping mall is SM San Lazaro; they got it all so no need to wander away. short taxi ride or can even be walkable.

We really have good times staying with Fersal Hotel, its very near UST where we have activities to attend to also its 1 ride going to Quiapo Church. The rooms are small but it is clean. I commend the staff for their friendly accommodation however, there are times that their service particularly foods are very slow and takes almost an hour, also i hope they will improve the ventilation of the room, because it is very dim and it is not friendly on our part the fact that we had eye problems. We look forward going back to Fersal Hotel in our next visit to Manila.

The room size was just okay--comfortable to move around--- and it was basically clean.
The location was very near malls, and it was easy to get transportation.

The room was acceptable. The shower had hot water. The only problem was my room was facing the street. It was really noisy and found it difficult to sleep.
Travel tip:
Good value for money if you just need a place to crash. The room I had was spacious. The food downstairs was acceptable. I consider this hotel a definite 3 star, but not exceeding it.

Hotel a bit far from anywhere, and was not easy for the taxi driver to find. Have good meal deals in the restaurant located in a small area in front of reception. This hotel has various branches located around Manila with similar set-up.
