all the amenities you would expect in your own appartment is there. the fittings and fixtures are of high quality, breakfast is nice and the staff are wonderful. this is my new fav. place in manila - i wish i found out about it sooner! they even organise massage for you in your hotel room. unlike other places where they dont charge a premium and rip you off. also there is fast internet and also a business centre you can use for free. overall wonderful stay

No proper ventilation for lift lobby. Whenever I'm in Makati I always stay at Frasers Place. Its conveniently located with a good choice of restaurants, mini markets and other amenities within walking distance. The location is also safe which is very important to me.I usually walk to my office and sometimes I would take a walk in the evening without any apprehension.
I enjoy the friendly service given by the staff at Frasers, starting with the front desk all the way to the housekeeping.
The apartments are spacious, and always clean and well maintained.Everybody is just so polite and helpful.
Restaurant Tip : Malcolm's Place and Kitaro nearby have good value for money meals.

Size of the apartment (passes for a good sized house!), quality of service, presentation, security not quite as clean as I would have liked (but then, I'm pretty fussy). Upon check-in, no effort made to explain all the various services available inside the hotel, nor are there any brochures describing this. Overall I would classify my stay at Fraser as very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are all very friendly and welcoming and no ask is too big. I would definitely recommend Fraser to someone else and would go back again.
Travel tip : all the taxi drivers find it difficult to find for some reason. Have the full address written or even better, a map ready to show the driver each time you need to go back.

Lobby is excellent with cleanliness Breakfast buffet needs more dishes Excellent Place to stay me and my husband together with our 2 babies maxi and tinkerbell are very happy and we would like to do it again in the next visit,we are so glad choosing this hotel also my family they enjoy it ,room is clean I like the bathroom its huge and the kitchen I love it , its like a home away from home specially the atmosphere at the lobby.
