One big advantage of this hotel is that the air conditioning remains on continuously so when you return to your room you don't have to wait for it to cool down. I found the staff were friendly and helpful. On the other side I found that the pool side cafe particularly amateurish, prices here are high and service and quality was ordinary. The breakfast was pretty good but outside this I wasn't impressed with the Food & Beverage side.
- Nightlife Tip : Had a brilliant night at the Cowboy Grill. There is a small one near the hotel near the Malate Church but the larger and better bands is the one further away on corner Mabini & Arquiza Streets, Ermita. This place mainly for the locals, smoke filled & not that cheap but the bands here are simply brilliant

Overall I was pleased with my stay at the "G" and found it reasonably good value for money. Requests to the staff were handled well and promptly and with a friendly attitude.
