I will not stay there again

I will not stay there again. I got a room which was dark as the neighoring house was only 80cm away. The room also was very smelly and not really clean. The reception misplaced my key and I had to wait for 30 minutes before they realised they were looking for the wrong number. Just above my room was a bar/restaurant with nobody sitting there but with music so loud that you couldn't relax.

Big and clean room. Cozy & quiet breakfast area. Free wifi access in the room.

Overall stay is excellent and the staff is accommodating. Although the hotel is not big, it is a place to stay if one wants to be in some quiet place with not so many people around. The price is reasonable. Definitely, I will stay in this hotel again.

This was a great little hotel tucked away on the main road. If you want to go under the radar and not get caught up in the crowds then this is for you. Great rooms, great size and the breakfast though token in its range was noththeless nice and pleasant. Great enough not to tell anyone about it.

We only stayed for 2 days but it was a good hotel with free fast internet. Walking distance good restaurants and a nearby mall for shopping and a good view of the ocean. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Good location to spend my first few days in Manila

I really enjoyed it. Great location, affordable, good internet access.
Staff were all great but that also comes with being open to Philippines staff and service. If you are narrow minded then perhaps look elsewhere and I mean this from a cultural context where people will genuinely try to assist if you have a problem, so work them and they will work with you.
Only minor concern was the bar fridge had only three legs lol, so every time I tried to check the Moet Chandon champagne the fridge tilted over and banged the contents each time. All other amenities, and services were great. At this time I was here to see my girlfriend and I didn't need a gym or a wide range of facilities. For the price I would recommend it and I have a friend coming over from Australia in two weeks that I will suggest he book with them.
I hope to visit here again.

I'm not sure why the room was smelly with cigarette smoke. I also find the hotel pics a far cry from the true condition of the room. The hotel room is beg yes, but it has seen better days. The TV is too old along with the other wooden furniture like the small table beside the mirror. The lobby looks really good and sophisticated. I'd probably go back just to eat at Cafe Noir, I find it very expensive and very old. I'm so disappointed.

I am quite disappointed with the rooms and amenities since the bed sheets has an obvious black soot stain and other colored stain. The bathroom is quite old generally and I can hear noises of trucks from my room.
The interior of the room is also quite boring and not as modern as you would expect judging from the black and white lobby design.
The staff are generally friendlier in the dining than in the front desk. I asked for hot compress from the front desk, the guy said he will take care of it. After waiting for a while, I have to call the front desk again to remind them of it. Nevertheless, they delivered it with hot water and I appreciate it.
Overall I was disappointed since I expected more from a branded hotel chain.

This is a very good hotel located in the front bay. Staff are quick and friendly, service with smiles. Even though there was a small problem with safety box and quite time consuming for me to get things done before check out. Apart from that I was quite happy about the stay in this hotel
