old facilities with new facade

I am quite disappointed with the rooms and amenities since the bed sheets has an obvious black soot stain and other colored stain. The bathroom is quite old generally and I can hear noises of trucks from my room.
The interior of the room is also quite boring and not as modern as you would expect judging from the black and white lobby design.
The staff are generally friendlier in the dining than in the front desk. I asked for hot compress from the front desk, the guy said he will take care of it. After waiting for a while, I have to call the front desk again to remind them of it. Nevertheless, they delivered it with hot water and I appreciate it.
Overall I was disappointed since I expected more from a branded hotel chain.

This is a very good hotel located in the front bay. Staff are quick and friendly, service with smiles. Even though there was a small problem with safety box and quite time consuming for me to get things done before check out. Apart from that I was quite happy about the stay in this hotel

my stay in G hotel was one of the best stay in hotels nice hotel celan and good location were youhave the view of sun set in manila bay . the service in nthat hotel is great but the onely thing is the breakfast mnue is poor for muslem or for middle east man

Good for what you pay, nice location, not amazingly luxurious but gets the job done. Facilities are alright, still undergoing renovation. Pretty receptionist!

Lovely Hotel, Friendly and Helpful Hotel Staffs
Close to the Mall of Asia (SM) and room rates are resonable.

Stayed there for 4 nights and all the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is also close to the mall of Asia (SM). Business center has two computer and one is not working. Printer was also provided but it's out of order. But you can email to the front desk and they'll print it out for you with a fee.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Mall of Asia, Bars， KTVs and Massage Places.
