This hotel is very nice hotel. had good stay there. It is very clean so I slept very wll there. If stay in Quezon area, defitelly recommended

Almost everything from front desk to security and condotel service.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Services are negatively poor and a very unpleasant stay. They charge you just about anything you use from Ironing board to Iron, blow dryer. Towels provided are almost like a century used with holes and over used. YES it's a free breakfast but will deliver them two hours late. Buy the time you get it, it's almost lunch. Might as well sleep more while waiting cause you will never get it on time. Charges internet even if you have not use them. You can hear noise next door neighbor. Not a good place to stay. On October 15th 2009, I heard in the news that someone committed suicide and jump from the top floor of the building. Hhhmm! I wonder why? Maybe they didn't like the place or his breakfast did not arrive on time? There has been some rumors that 4 Condo units was foreclosed. I think you can see the pattern. If you want to experience what I have experienced, try staying in that condotel. Just a reminder, if you don't like the place, please don't jump.
Travel tip : At least if you have committed suicide, you are next to St Lukes hospital. Very convenient if you ever survived.

Location .Clean rooms , Has all you need like home .
Need to get the smells out of the hall ways . I asked for a room with internet service when i made my reservations and a microwave . When i got there they gave me a room without the internet and they had no more microwaves .
It is a good Hotel to stay if you are able to adjust to being in the same Hotel as all the College students and the people who live in the Hotel .
Travel tip : There are a lot of Restaurant near by easy access for eating . Also the Hospital is near by .It is a secure Hotel . The only one thing they tell you they are not responsible for your belongings in your room .Makes you hope no one takes anything
