The Garden Heights dominates the skyline of E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue and offers a panoramic view of Metro-Manila from its top floors. A short distance away from the Condotel is St. Luke's Medical Center, Trinity College, the National Children's Hospital, Walter Mart and a host of fast-food chain stores. The Araneta Commercial Center in Cubao, Greenhills and the Ortigas CBD on the other hand are just minutes away by car. Every guestroom of Garden Heights is fully air conditioned and has individual balconies where guests can simply sit and enjoy the panoramic view of the city. Each having its own sitting and dining areas, guests can also make use of the room’s fully functioning and fully equipped kitchen complete with kitchen appliance and wares. The rooms also have cable TV and IDD/NDD phones.

Please note that king size bed isn't available, the hotel provides only queen size bed. Additionally, requests for two separate beds are subjected to availability and is chargeable.
Please be informed that all guest rooms are "NON SMOKING" category. A penalty of Php 1,000 will be assessed for smoking in a guest room. Hotel reserves the right to asses additional charges for cleaning cost in excess of Php 1,000 and items that require replacement.

Expensive for what you get
Close to St.Luke's Medical Center. Restaurants near by. Most staff is friendly. Really helped get me to emergency one night.

Room cleaning can happen any time of day. Often have to spend the afternoon with no towels because none were clean when room was cleaned. Noisy some nights. Elevators did not all work all the time. Did not get the breakfasts we were suppose to get. One change of bedding the sheet had red paint near head of bed. At first thought it was blood.
