Expensive for what you get
Close to St.Luke's Medical Center. Restaurants near by. Most staff is friendly. Really helped get me to emergency one night.

Room cleaning can happen any time of day. Often have to spend the afternoon with no towels because none were clean when room was cleaned. Noisy some nights. Elevators did not all work all the time. Did not get the breakfasts we were suppose to get. One change of bedding the sheet had red paint near head of bed. At first thought it was blood.

Check in procedure was fast. Staffs were polite and responsive. The room amenities really helped me who is travelling with a child with special needs as I can use the kitchen utensils and the microwave oven helped me a lot to prepare his needs during our stay.
The hotel is not so big, but very convenient as it is near the bank, fast food chains, hospitals and other shops.
Room needs more improvement but it has a good value for the money you paid. I would recommend this hotel to my friends who want to stay in Quezon City as it is affordable and convenient and nice view of the city.

Location is good if you have relatives confined at the nearby St. Luke's Meical Center in E Rodriguez, QC

Overpriced walk-in rates. Only worth the price if you pay the online discounted rate of 70% off. Building is old and room facilities are not well-maintained (lamps and blinds were soo old they dismantle when you hold them, poor shower pressure,poor breakfast options) I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

The hotel is great for its price. It is well maintained and clean. The staff are so courteous and helpful. the location is also great. It is near and accessible to and from shopping malls, dining places (both fine and set dining and buffet). It is also near to fastfood chains. A number of premiere schools and hospitals are just within the vicinity.
