Fast service, check-in was fast and efficient. Easy to request items to be brought to the room upon calling the front desk/house keeping.
Bedrooms are spacious so is the dining area.
The living room area looked small initially when we first walked in but turned out to be spacious enough for 4 people.
Bathroom is of very good size and updated so that's a definite plus. Towels probably need to be upadted however.
Only negative is no Wifi in the rooms and possibly the need to update some of the appliances such as the sofa and ottoman in the living room.

the hotel staff was very accomodating for every need, the bed was very comfortable the room was a nice side the room service menu was very good and the prices were very reasonable. The only negative was the location there was no direct way to walk or drive to ortigas center

Our stay was satisfactory and restful. Glad that we were booked on the 30th floor. I wish the parking area were bigger and more spacious though, but over-all our stay was fine!
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's very convenient to book with Agoda, and I feel that the description about the hotel where we stayed was appropriate. Regarding the hotel, if there are 2 or more people staying in the room, it would be convenient to ask for an extra room card so that you don't disturb your room mate whenever you want to go out of the room, and re-enter.

Nothing Fancy hotel
The rooms are clean.. and cold. nothing fancy though.

The food was awful. They seldom replenish the trays. The food all tastes the same. No wifi in the room. Used the cord they provided still no internet.
Disapointing.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you want a hotel room which is basic yet clean then come here.. but dont expect the food to be great.

the good thing about this hotel is that we booked it that morning and we were able to check in that afternoon.
rooms were ok for the price but it was very hot inside the suite.
the airconditioner in the receiving area was'nt working well
the pool was a great addition however the don't have any heater in the pool

The hotel was a last minute decision but it turned out to be a good choice. Booked the room for an after party for the agency ...location was perfect. Near the malls , near the office and was accessible even via commute. The only thing i think needs improvement was the buffet. Would have enjoyed pancakes from Mcdonalds better.
