Great location and big rooms.
Walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, hospital, etc.

the hotel is very nice but lacks service to their guests. i checked-in in another hotel, luxe residences, as required (which was not an issue) but i was not advised of the amenities available, if any, at grand hamptons, i.e. wifi or internet availability, my room was not cleaned daily or taken out my used plates and utensils for the day. need to make great improvement for me to recommend to my friends travelling to the phils.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask questions what service they offer since they do not have any flyer or ad in the room.
