Location is great, right next to Greenhills Mall & restaurants. Love the all you can eat breakfast buffet (it was included) View frm. our room was beautiful.
When we checked in our room the sheets were kinda dirty (looked like dust/dirt all over) housekeeping came to change it right away. Paint job in room was peeling, need to do some touch up. Front desk agent on the night shift when we checked in was talking on the phone quite a bit, looked like she was on a personal call everytime we came up to desk that evening (she would have to hang up each time)
Getting a taxi to go across town was very difficult, we wanted to go to Divisoria. Taxis can charge P50-P75 on top of meter fee. Like the contemporary style decor of hotel. I could tell they were remodeling. Would be nice to have more room decor paintings, bedding accessories etc. and of course do a better job on the wall paint, it just wasn't our room but my other friend's room had paint peeling off their walls. The pool area has a beautiful view, jacuzzi was cold and not hot. Odds and ends were off but I would stay there again.
Shopping Tip : A tip you should know is that if you plan on going shopping at Greenhills Mall, be aware that every first week of the month they shut a huge part of the mall down to do monthly shifting of vendors & maintenance. Thankfully we got to do a little shopping prior to that.

No Internet Service (down), service, amenities
A good 3 star hotel! New, with clean rooms. My only real complaint was the (poor) service. I was informed that the Internet service had been "down for a couple of days". The front desk personnel told me the Internet would be up the next day. Of course, since I was only staying one day, this was of small comfort to me. One hotel employee told me I could use the Business Center's computers. However, when I went there, it was closed (due to the day being a holiday). After protesting to the front desk personnel, I asked for the Hotel Manager. I was told that there was no one available (due to the holiday). I finally said that they if they could not get me Internet access I wanted a refund so that I could go to another hotel. The front desk staff finally agreed to let me use a computer behind the front desk....... but they told me not to take too long or they would have to charge me the hourly rate! Needless to say this was not what I wanted to hear.
One other "odditty". Although there were 4 elevators, no more than 2 were operating at any one time.
In summary, the hotel was clean and basic. I would rate it as a "solid" 3 star hotel, but definitely no more! The staff clearly has a lot to learn about being anything close to a "world class" hotel!
Shopping Tip : Across the street from the Greenhills mall. An interesting "flea market" type of mall. Some nice restaurants and movie theaters.

Excellent location, close to everything!
they charged for early check-in. not enough variety of food.
i think it's the best deal in town! close to shopping and restaurants. make sure to get the rooms on the upper floors because it's newer and has great views. breakfast buffet not enough variety. Massage is cheaper nearby. only a stone a way although you can request for room service for an additional charge. front desk staff need to be more knowledgeable.
