My flight came in at 9 am and reach the hotel by 11 am but I have to wait until 2 pm for check in. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed was a plus but we found small roaches crawling in the bathroom.

We booked 2 nights at Élan. During our first night, the air condition in the room was too loud so we weren't able to rest well. We requested to be transferred to a different room the following day. We didn't get to rest as well because the next room was having a party and it took a while for the hotel staff to make them quiet down a bit.

they were not able to accommodate us 100% and had to pay for an early check in fee when i requested this before hand. they said they were not adviced but it was stated on my voucher. the 1st room had air con issues and then we were transfered to another room with 2 single beds (note - we just got married). didnt really have the best experince but they location was accessible.

Good spot, great staff, very prompt and helpful. Before i went out one day I turned on the button for them to be prompted to clean the room and when I went back in less than 3 hours the room was all cleaned up.
