Near shopping center, the staff are relatively friendly should lend out more pillows for free I always stay at this hotel whenevr I go to manila to visit my family, do business, or with my kids. One thing I like with this hotel is the location. It is near restaurants, movies and shopping center. Aside from its location, the hotel is well kept. the cleanliness is A1 and the staff are friendly. They should improve on there breakfast, I dont like the combination of there breakfast menu. Aside from that, I dont see any negative about this hotel and I will surely comeback to this hotel on my next visit to manila.

Rate inlcludes breakfast and it was good compared to other hotels. Great location. Very accessible to GreenHills shopping Center. Quite spacious room.
Expensive broadband connection. No WiFi in rooms which most hotels should be offering. Staff needs more training. No slippers or bathrobe. Can't adjust shower to the desired temperature. Either too hot or too cold. Aircon is noisy. We wanted to stay at this hotel because it's near the shopping malls and it has a pool so the kids could take a swim. made the booking here in Agoda and I printed out the hotel voucher. called the hotel to confirm my reservation but front desk said that they're already fully-booked and wanted us to transfer to their sister hotel in makati. Someone promised that their manager will call me but no one did. after a few more arguments they finally told me to just bring the voucher. Rooms are fairly clean and spacious but the aircondition is too noisy and bulky. No wi-fi connection inside the rooms. The poolside bar never seemed to be open even on new year's eve plus the hotel has charge for local calls. The good thing though is their buffet breakfast which is a lot better than other hotels offer. And the hotel is just a few steps away from a 7-11 and the GreenHills shopping center.

The hotel is in good location if you need to stay in this area, otherwise its a hike to the main road.
The room is ok, basic sink and tops but nothing else.
The A/C unit is located inside the room, the whole unit motor and all. So the noise makes it impossible to get a good night sleep. Im sure there are other hotels better priced and cleaner.

Good amenities Housekeeping shoud be improved. They don't clean the rooms well if requested. I've been booking with this hotel for the last 3 years now and I liked it and will surely return here as many times as possible. Value for money is worth it considering its location and accessability to lots of places,shopping center, bars, restaurants, even the nearby spas and recreational centers. What a great place to spend your Christmas holidays and shop specially with the low prices they offer during Greenhills midnight market or the bargain center. Lots of food, lots of nice and smiling people around...even bars and grills. It's not a five star hotel but you feel you are staying in such one.
Shopping Tip : When shopping see to it that you compare prices with other stalls.. they have diffeent prices or tags on the same items...go early...as the doors are openned shop at the earliest time possible...there willbe lots of shoppers after 11 o' clock

very close to the mall and great amenities.... the paint is pealing off, front desk is not so friendly and no bell person at night. The hotel itself is good. The room could be better if the paint is not pealing off the wall below the window. My wife and I enjoyed the top roof with a nice view of the city. The swimming is great. Breakfast Buffet needs a little fixing such as more entrees. The gym would be improved if more weights are available.
Shopping Tip : The Greenbelts shopping mall is very close...

near shopping area, buffet breakfast was ok front desk took too long in giving us our room Our window had no view, they just made it look like one. You can't see anything outside.
It took too long to check-in and they couldn't provide us with a room facing the shopping area because, as they said, the hotel was fully booked, but i doubt it.
over all stay was ok. It was nothing spectacular. The ac of the room that we stayed in wasn't that cold.

they shoukd have a 24 room service facility I normally stay at it this hotel whenever I am with my family in manila. I could consider myself as a regular quest since I always come back here. The staff here are friendly and very approachable.Aside from the shopping, welove to go around greenhills area where you couldfind lots of different kinds of food. The only thing I dont like with this hotel is they should provide free internet acccess on the room because I find the charges not reasonable. Aside from this comment which I think they could improve, I dont see any negative thing about this hotel. I will definetly comeback to this hotel.

Keys to rooms sometimes doesn't work.
Air conditioning in room has a foul smell.
Shower is made in an odd way that water leaks out to the floor.
Breakfast buffet was lousy. The staff was nice and courteous. The hotel itself is tolerable.

Excellent, central location, easy to access the shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms were a good size and clean. The reception was a little difficult to work with. People had a hard time calling to our room--a long wait before getting transferred. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. It's great location was excellent. Right across the Greenhills mall and markets. It is also close to many restaurants and very easy to access. There is an entry way to the mall area just a minute's walk away from the hotel. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Everyone always made sure to say Hi or good morning/evening when passing by. Our booking included 2 free buffet breakfasts and it was delicious. It was a little pricy if you wanted to purchase another breakfast though. But since you were so close to tons of restaurants, it was no biggie. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we return to Manila in the future.
Shopping Tip : If you walk to the right after exiting the hotel lobby, there will be a small gate on the left side a minute's walk away. This lets you enter the shopping area.

great location because close to shopping in Greenhills. Clean rooms, good view of the city. Enjoyed the penthouse bar where we enjoyed a beer while looking out into the city. the receptionists at the front desk need more training. If they commit a mistake, they don't know how to apologize I would gladly stay at this place again. I had read some negative reviews prior to arrival, so I was doubtful to bring my family to this place. I am happy we were all not disappointed. The rooms were clean and we stayed at a non-smoking room as requested. We saw some other guests smoking in the lobby by the elevators, that was a bit annoying. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included in the price. I would recommend this to others.
Shopping Tip : if you want to shop and eat well, this location offers a lot of choices.

The people at Greenhills Elan are very accomodating and the location is very good for shopping. They have nice Facilities like gym and swimming pool. The food that is included in the pacakge is very good. The problem is that they do not offer internet connection.

Comfortable and decent rooms, convenient location. No in-room internet access - guests have to sit at the lobby for access. Questionable hygiene in cafe/restaurant Overall, my experience at the hotel was good. The beds were clean and comfortable, though the carpets felt rather grimy. There were no bedroom slippers provided, which would have been nice considering the state of the carpeting. It was quiet and we were on a high floor so we had an unobstructed view of the city.
The location was the biggest selling point, as the hotel is literally across the street from the Greenhills shopping mall with easy access through a side gate.
The cafe where breakfast was served was also a disappointment. I spotted 2 small cockroaches, one at the buffet table and one on the wall by our dining table which was rather disgusting. I did not return for breakfast on my second morning there, even though it came with the price of the room.
There was free internet access however this was only available in the lobby area and not in the rooms (access in the rooms were available for a charge through an ethernet cable).

Walking distance to great shopping areas.. Can be tedious to hail for taxis during peak hours! Chic boutique hotel! Easily accessible to shops, restaurants,theatres & night life. Friendly front liners from porters to receptonists. Good selection of breakfast menus. Courteous waiters always willing to assist. Cleaners are efficient & equally polite. Rooms are adequate in size & approriately stocked in toiletries.Checkin & checkout were handled well. Would be very happy to stay in the same hotel next trip.

Well located, near very good shopping center. Nothing really, stayed here many times, possibly cost of internet in room a little high. I have stayed here many times, the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the location is excelent for shopping and food, night life not too far away, and of course no matter where you stay in Manila traffic is always a problem, but providing traffic not bad then access to anywhere in Manila is good.
