Comfortable and relaxed in the room.
Receptionist was efficient and friendly, lifts were quick , room was large, clean and comfortable.

My stay this time is not good due to poor customer service. Front desk staff should step up and be more customer-service oriented. all they seem to care is to take payments, give your keys and nothing else. There is hardly any smile on their faces. The lost and found section should be in contact with the Front Desk for items left by hotel guests in the room, so when guests call back to inquire, Front Desk has the information available. Housekeeping cleans the room right after the guests leave so can turn over left items immediately.

Really nice but I had to check out a day early because they had major internet problems in all rooms. I needed to do my business. The internet office there was also offline. So I couldn't do any work. I loved the view and the rooftop pool. They offered me no compensation or incentive to stay on

Great location, untrained Front Desk, bad wifi

This is my 2nd stay here. Front Desk still needs to be trained on handling guest complaints. Free wifi is advertised, but very poor connection. I'd rather pay the P100/day fee and get wifi when I need it. I was given room 2003. Sink was much too high. Bathroom floor not properly cleaned. I was not happy with my short stay.

It was ok, but the bed corner was sharp and cut my leg. I reported it to housekeeping but no action taken. By the way, didn't stay the 3 nights .

Good and relaxing. The smoke free rooms were nice .although the elevators were a bit slow but friendly staff made it not so tiring. The rooms was relaxing and you could rest and sleep even thoughh the hotel is surrounded byy night life.
