Although all facilities were met my expectations, I was completely disappointed and my purpose of my trip was incomplete which is due to the fight between the 2 owners of the hotel. Hence I had to check out from the hotel on 16th April. Hotel had booked an alternative hotel but then my entire day was spoiled and all my meetings were cancelled which is a loss to my company. Therefore I request you to refund the last night stay so that I can justify to my company. Looking forward for your reply.

Pleasant stay but rooms need a 4-Star overhaul
Large rooms, free room wi-fi, decent indoor pool with toddlers section, friendly and attentive staff, fairly good location to popular shopping areas and business district in Makati

We have stayed at the hotel before and kind of knew what to expect, although management has changed. The 2 BR room is large and gives the impression of staying in full sized appartment with all its ameneties. The rooms now come with free wi-fi and LED TVs, but could receive some re-decoration. The breakfast buffet is not great but covers the essentials and is sufficient as long as it is included in the lodging. Staff are friendly and attentive. We needed some small repair done at 11pm and the problem was resolved within 15 minutes.

Their rooms are large and Staff were accommodating especially Nelson. They have billiards table which is co close to the children s area and the pool.
I will definitely recoomment this to group parties and family outings
