My family stayed only for 1 night. I wished we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed it a lot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean. We had a good night's sleep which is very important since we have our 1 yr old son with us who slept very well. I would definitely go back there and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Though this hotel is a bit far from the shopping area of Makati, it has a very accommodating and friendly staff to help you get there.
The place is clean and has internet wifi access which is important to me as I work remotely.
Room price are not that pricey.
What I really like on this place is the staff who greatly values us (the customers).
They serve a nice buffet breakfast too!

Amazing Staff

We chose this place for a night stop over since we needed to be at the Thai embassy the next day and leave to airport in the afternoon.
ALL staffs are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are tiny but very clean and modern. Bed is queen size- so quite tiny. you will hear people chatting as they walk along the corridor but quite frankly all these seems nothing because every staff you bump into are just super wonderful. You can order Mcdo delivery and KFC.
It is less than 20 minutes at 9am to go to Ayala Avenue. It is around 15-20 minutes to go to the airport. Be prepared to get overcharged by taxis and take you for a tour. The normal rate if they do not take you around to get more money is only between 150 less than 200 pesos to the airport. If you are a foreigner, the fixed rate cars will try to charge you 1,800 pesos!!! DO NOT GET THEM! There are white taxis and yellow taxis which are metered. Get the metered taxi. They will however try to ask for an additional 100 pesos or more on top of taking you around for a not so nice tour to jack up the meter. That is just Manila for you.

We were only in for a one night stay over. It was nice. The cabbie had a little trouble finding the hotel because it was on an obscure side street.
The front desk person recommended a mall for a quick meal but we resisted because our 4 year old and baby had been traveling all day.
There are places to go to the left or to the right of the hotel front entrance. I apologize but I can't remember the name of the establishment we visited so take this review with a grain of salt. Tap or something like that.
If you are in and out of Manila this a really good place to stay. They have it down to a science. Taxis, wake up calls, no worries.

Shopping Tip:
Glorietta Mall is just a short taxi ride away and only cost 100 pesos! Staff will fetch a taxi for you, very convenient!
